Do not order!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Like many others, I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. It took 2–3 weeks for my items to arrive, and when they finally did, most were either the wrong size or looked nothing like the pictures. To make matters worse, the company refuses to issue a refund and instead keeps pushing me to accept just 30% store credit. Why would I spend more money with a store that clearly has no respect for its customers? One representative even suggested I should keep the items and give them away as gifts in exchange for that same 30% credit. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM SITE.

I have only given one star as its the lowest i could go. Like other reviews they only offer $5 or 5% voucher refund to use on their site. The goods i ordered were not the goods supplied. They appear to use photos of products from other website and send you goods that do not look anything like the pictures, are poor quality in terns of fabric and stiching. My order had an item missing which when questioned U was advised it was out of stock, no prior contact about the item being out of stick and the lable detailed that all items ordered were included. They did refund this but refuse to acknowledge any other requests to return the goods under there returns policy or as they state on the website "free returns" this is not correct. Their reasoning for the goods not being as advertised on the website was due to differences in lighting and angles of the photos on the site. Whereas the items were not made of the material they were advertised and looked completely different. Paypal kindly took the case on and arranged a refund but i am liable for the postage to china at £15 plus. Even quoting the Consumer Rights Act 2015 at them make no difference - DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM SITE.

Response to Herbelladay response 18/08/25, I have contacted your customer service department a number of times, they refuse to answer my questions, refuse to reinburse return postage costs and have now blocked my email address, I stick by original review in that this company is a scam provided poor quality products not resembling the photos on their website.

Do not buy from this website - an absolute scam . I ordered a dress looked lovely on the tick tock website when I got it was like a rag nothing like the advert . So I emailed them as they do not have a head office or a back up to contact this pathetic so called company . To receive lots of email replies offering me a percentage back as they will not give me the address to send the dress back ! I don’t agreed to £9 when I paid £35 they keep emailing me back once I email them other wise I wouldn’t hear back from them saying “ yes dear a refund will reach your account in 3-5 days this has been going on now for 2 weeks I keep saying how can u refund me without my bank details ! SCAM . Just be honest and do the right thing refund customers let them send the unworn item back and refund us . It’s an absolute joke I do not know how they get away with this . Some people only have a certain amount of money to spend and may need this refunded so please can someone tell me how do they get away with it !

Scammers

Do not order from these scammers!!!!! Received my item, was nothing like the picture, after lots of emails finally agreed to refund half and I’d keep the item to save on shipping fees and now 6 months on I’ve still not received my refund, they kept saying there’s an issue with their system and now they are not responding to any emails.

Please don't order from this website. It's a bizarre scam. You place an order, they deliver something completely different to the pictures on the website. The returns policy doesn't exist. They don't want you to return your order, instead they offer random refund amounts and discounts from future orders. I've been arguing back and forth with "Mike" since January.....
Hes still promising my refund and asking me to be patient. It's disgraceful.
I don't know how these people sleep at night knowing they have scammed people that trusted them. If you gave decent customer service you could have followed in the shoes of shein or temu. This scam website has chosen a different route and decided to rip people off, what a shame!

What a terrible company which terrible company is based…

What a terrible company which is based in Asia.
Delivered goods in good time but they were very poor quality clothing.
Asked for a refund but initialllthey refused but after lots of emails they eventually agreed to give me a 30% refund. I initially refused this but they were then asking for £150 return packaging fees to give any increased offer of a refund above the 30%.
Despite agreeing to the 30% refund, the money was never returned to me.
Avoid this company at all costs
