I ordered clothes at the end of 2024. completely different clothes arrived. When I said I wanted to send them back, they said the return shipping fee would be high and instead offered to refund the money and keep the clothes. I agreed to a partial refund. and then the promises of a refund started, which I still don't see in my account today.

What a complete scam. I ordered a black blouse in November, I received a blue blouse in December. I asked for either a replacement or refund. They offered a refund. It is now 9th April and I am emailing them on a weekly basis asking for my refund. Still no money. May their God forgive them as I certainly won't!!!

Do not by from this company they are addressed scam selling clothes. That is a fake.. and they take your money.. they are crooks herbelladyday. You can't even get goof communication from.. they are thieves..

The worst company ever. Very poor quality. They promised a 10% refund and after 4 months I am still waiting

AVOID FROM HERBELLADAY!!! NEVER BUY ANYTHING IT'S A SCAM. I BOUGHT A JACKET THEY DID NOT SEND IT FO WEEKS! I COMPLAINED ABOUT IT SO THEY SENT SOMETHING SO I WAITED ANOTHER COUPLE OF WEEKS NO REFUND NOTHING. AT THE END I GOT A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT ITEM. LUCKILY PAYPAL SAVED ME AS I PURCHASED THROUGH THEM AND THEY HELPED OUT WITH REFUND. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE.

I ordered a red 2 piece outfit only to receive a white top and not the 2 piece. I have been emailing them over 10 times already and no response. It's definitely a scam.

Scammers and very Rude company.
I ordered for woman’s kink long sleeve top and pants on the 19th of February. They sent me a confirmation email the items plus shipping cost me £58.97. I have not heard from them since the 19th of February after the confirmation email. I have sent them several emails non of them has been responded to. It’s been over a month and nothing from them. No item No response to my emails my £58.97 is gone. What kind of broad day thievery is this?
I am EMELIA and I will make it my business to come after you if you don’t refund.

Ordered trousers in January 2025 and they haven’t arrived.

I hate trying to support these companies and get discouraged and I knew that this was a scam because I ordered on the 6th of March 2025 and haven’t heard from them yet and now that I’m hear reading these reviews and they are all bad and everything I was think which is SCAM

Absolute scam ordered off them on 9th January £50 down the drain still not received my item numerous emails sent said for them to cancel my order and refund me still nothing DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY THE ARE THEIVES

I have not received 2 jumpsuits I ordered worth £66 plus postage. I have emailed the company several times but to no reply. This company is a total scam.

Absolute scammers! I ordered a dress over £50 with postage never received have been trying for 4 weeks now to get my money back :( absolute robbers

Total scam, website looks great. Order 3 items of clothing that arrived 3 weeks later. They were so tightly packed that the items were so badly creased, poor quality material and no where near worth the value. Days of haggling to them finally agreeing to 50% refund but not confident I will get this...avoid!

Absolutely shocking company, I would not waste your money, I guarantee this would be the outcome if you purchased from this scam company.
I ordered a skirt & jumper set in grey, also a lace sleeved black dress - when you receive your parcel it contains clothes that you never even ordered nor would you.
I received vile trouser suit in brown bronze also what can only be described as vile nightdress with sleeves full of sequins ( no words could describe how bad both items were) I would not even put them in a charity bag - they have gone straight in the bin!

The Company states that your order is carefully checked- even though you have presented them with photographic evidence to prove otherwise.
You will not get a full refund if you’re lucky 50% of what you paid. Only as PayPal helped.
These scammers are getting rich by scamming honest, hard working people like you.

I wish I could attach images of what I purchased & what I received to evidence how bad they really are.

I like the fit, but it runs small and it's fitted.

Absolutely dreadful service. Ordered a pair of the sparkly denim cargo-style trousers on 18 January and they arrived today 4th March. I ordered a M (size UK 14 as stated by them, me being a 12-14 and the image showing them to be a loose fit). They didn’t even get over my thighs! You’d be lucky if they fit a size UK 8. Thin, cheap denim that is certainly not worth the money. Returns are not easy and I really can’t be bothered to go through the process which will likely take months to refund. I’ll just donate them to a really skinny person instead. DON’T bother with this company, it’s not worth it.

This company does not even deserve the 1 star rating.
I paid nearly £60 including delivery for Women's Kink Long Sleeve Top And Pants Suit and Women's Fashion Solid Color Irregular Waist Wide Leg Pants on 11/02/2025 but I have not received the items which Yodel apparently left it in a safe place (behind the bins). Of course nothing is to be seen.

I have emailed the company 3 times and no one has replied not even once. I cannot afford to lose that vast amount of money.

They supposidy provided me with tracking information and photographic evidence of the apparent delivery, but all that was in the attachment was some alien transcript which is not readable even in alien language.

Now escalated to PayPal for them to review. I cannot believe that this is allowed in this day. People need to be honest and transparent.
Please respond to me and supply me with a refund.

Wish I had read all of this befire ordering what a scam. Items are not great, way too small which yeah ok that I can understand but trying to return them is a nightmare, no responses at all. Would recommend no one buys from them as they take your money happily but dont give it back.

Absolute scammers bought 2 items, well what a got was a complete joke wasn’t even right sizes nothing like the pictures then contacted them and been offered 10% of my money back then 15% n so on refused to give me return address or a refund. But thankfully contacted my bank showed them pictures of items and receipt of purchase and also the emails from the company and got full refund through the bank!! So anyone that makes the same mistake as me and orders from this company contact your bank.
