No response from customer service team despite multiple follow emails.

Amended review following a quick response from the company to a previous review. There had been a delay with an order following being closed for Christmas and the snowy weather - the company responded quickly and professionally when they realised there had been a delay and also gave fast postage as a goodwill gesture. Will definitely be ordering again.

The seeds ordered were delivered quickly, arrived before the date stated. The packaging makes them perfect for giving as presents, so quite a few people are receiving them this year. I was looking for Teddy Bear sunflower seeds and here they were. Very pleased

Ordered 2 x Grow Boxes to send as a gift, along with an accompanying Gift Message. I even emailed Herboo separately, to confirm they had seen the Gift Message, and would definitely include it. They replied that they had.
However, despite this, unfortunately the boxes were sent without the gift message, so the recipient did not know who had sent them. So it wasn't a very successful gift.

Great company to deal with and Henry was ready to answer any questions I had before placing my order. The packaging is great and looking forward to trying them in my garden!

Really nice to find, lovve the packets, we got the sunflower ma mars and the help to find the right plants was so appreciated.

Hi I brought my friend and mum a forgetmeknot box of seed in Tenby farm shop and the packet off the box I gave to my friend only had two seeds so to say she was disappointed have it was for a Memory of our time in Scotland i would like to say the this company responded to my comment with in 24 hours and also rang me in person a lovely gentleman went above and beyond to put the situation right I would not hesitate buying from this company in the future many thanks 🙏

Had a hitch with shipping as they were moving location, but Henry at Herboo was super lovely and refunded the shipping cost as well as compensating with a voucher!
Just happy to have these lovely seeds which my students can now enjoy growing, they love the little mythology references on the packs!
Will definitely be buying from Herboo again :)

Love these boxes. We got the sibling box and it was so nice to have small nature based tasks for them to do together. Each box is beautifully designed and seasonal.

Having seen this small business grow [excuse the pun] from the seed of an idea [sorry!} I believe Henry's ethic is admirable and contributes greatly and valuably to children's hands-on knowledge of the miracle of life.

Beautiful products, in gorgeous packing, which make super presents. My son absolutely loved watching his “baby seeds” grow. The seed combinations, activities and products are so thoughtfully curated. Highly recommend.
