I bought a pair of sandals, and some days later it was broken. I wanted to explain this with your customer service to repaired them properly, but it was impossible.
I never had an answer from your side.
This was really disappointing because I felt that this brand doesn’t care their customers.
I don’t remember exactly the date of the issue with the sandals, but I bought them this summer in a Sample day in Poble Nou, Barcelona.

The entire experience, even if online, is impeccable. Great product shots and descriptions and very easy order process. My orders were received in perfect state, wrapped elegantly and two artistic photos were added and a thank you note. These are the things I am looking for when purchasing Luxury goods.
