Great advice and service

I rang from Australia to get advice prior to purchasing grab handles for my VW Transporter. The advice from the tech guy was spot on, I purchased the handles and now they’re fitted to the van. Great service and advice. Highly recommended. Pete Taplin. Bawley Pt. Australia.

Excellent

I ordered 6 coil packs for my Porsche Boxster 986s, great price, and excellent communication, they came very well packaged, on time delivery.
I would highly recommend Heritage Parts Centre.

Oil filler cap

Website easy to navigate & good detailed description & compatibility of oil cap I required for my VW Transporter which ensured correct one was ordered. Quick response to order, quick & efficient dispatch of part & detailed invoice. Oil filler cap was a perfect fit.
Would recommend, very easy efficient transaction

Totally false signup bonus and terrible customer service.

I placed and paid for an order to Australia during their recent sale. They promoted an additional 10% off for first time buyers who signed up for the news letter.

I followed up to see if the 10% discount had been applied to my order. They paused my order, I then had to wait several days and show them emails of my sign up before they sent me the sign up code and instructions to cancel the order and reorder with the code.

However at that time their sale had ended and now the items were more expensive than my original purchase even with the discount code.

They took forever to reply and misslead me and would not honour my original purchase.

I highly recomend partworks.de or sparesto instead of heritage - they stock more items from better manufacturer too and better peice (for my orders).

Hi Tom, we are sorry for the issue you encountered. I can see our agents replied to you promptly and informed you that the for the code to work you need to be logged in when placing the order. We then cancelled the order at your request. When you re-ordered our Black Friday sale had started and all parts had a discount applied - we do not allow discount codes to work when we have a pre-existing website sale in progress. I am sorry for your experience.
