Hermes-versands.com IS NOT THE REAL HERMES WEBSITE
Hermes-versands.com is not the actual Hermes website. The right website is myhermes.de, for the German people that’s the one and only correct website. Hermes-Versands.com asks you to put various details again into the website, which Hermes should already have. This is from scammers and so many people say Hermes is bad, however this is a scammer website, obviously they do not send you a package that does not exist. I have to admit that a package is arriving today from Hermes and the scammers have send an E-mail today too. They have are good coordination.

Very helpful customer service, a parcel from Netherland has been sent with an false adress and when I called the costumer service the lady accepted my correct address and the parcel arrived very soon. Thank you a lot

This situation is just downright disgusting, and shameful.
I come to the local parcel shop to pick up my package, and what do they do? Refuse to hand it over! The reason? Apparently, I don't possess an EU passport or a German ID. But I don't need one – I'm an EU citizen with a perfectly valid EU ID card.
And guess what? It's not the first time this nonsense has occurred. The first instance forced me to involve the police. They advised me to bring a German friend along, and magically, I got my package along with an apology. Fast forward to today, and it's déjà vu. They called in the boss, and the guy said the same thing. Why? Supposedly because their high-tech machine only accepts German IDs. Right.
But the absurdity doesn't end there. Turns out, that's a complete lie. Look at the Hermes website, and it plainly states:
'Eine Abholung ist nur mit Vorlage des eigenen EU-Personalausweises, eines EU-Reisepasses oder eines internationalen Reisepasses (gilt für Bürger aus Ländern außerhalb der EU) möglich. Auch ein bundesdeutscher Aufenthaltstitel wird akzeptiert.'
So, they're not just disregarding their own rules; they're breaking the law.
So I call the police again. And what happens? Nothing. The shop staff refuses to cooperate. The police call Hermes, and shocker – they blame it on fraud. Yes, because clearly, I'm a criminal mastermind plotting to nab my ASOS dress, armed with email confirmations and a perfectly valid EU ID.
Nauseating.

I pray each day that Hermes will be closed as soon as possible as a business. I'm highly surprised how such unresponsive business operates in such country as Germany. The worst staff (Customer Service) ever. Every day when calling them use to say totally same words 'your package will come today, in system is false and what I'm saying is correct'. They are unpolite too. I'm totally shocked....

This company is a joke, complacent, rude and have no customer care.
I sent a parcel with this company and it got damaged, I complained and was told that any damage was not their responsibility but the company I bought the postage label off,WHAT? I told them that you ( Hermes) delivered the parcel and without a doubt damaged it beyond repair ( it was a tablet) and I was told it was the label companies fault. The person I spoke to was Pratonising, rude and laughing all through our conversation. I was £33 out of pocket because of this company and I will never use any company that uses Hermes as a courier ever again if I had may way I would give minus 1star.

One thig is that a brachelet is broken and needs a repair another thing is that I had to wait for more than one hour in the shop to get service - just to pick up the brachelet. WOW!!! The excuse: the staff is at lunch. I hate to say this is totally unacceptable. By the way after one hour I was offered a glass of water. These facts speak for themselves.
Invalid address????
A frind just sent me a package and what is my surprise that again hermes delivery keeps saying for multiple days that my address is not correct. I checked the address and all is correct and plus to that i live in the center of a capital in a building with more than 10 years.
Trying to contact their support is impossible has they don’t even respond and now they say my package is returning to the sender.

The most worst shipment-provider I everexperienced
It all started with the scheduled delivery of a larger parcel (PC case) last Saturday. The time I got the information that the parcel is about to be delivered on the Saturday I already thought "That will never happen. Large parcels never arrive on Saturdays if sent via Hermes".
Saturday eve I got a message that the address could not be found. Interesting point on that: During the week the address is normally been found without any problems.
Since Saturday I am now calling their coldline on a daily basis asking for my parcel 63115124810165 do be delivered. They seem not to be able to do so. I wonder how they do run their business without providing any service. Unfortunately there was no choice to select a REAL logistics company that is able to deliver goods. I would even spend more money for REAL service.

Hopeless delivery service and help support
A parcel was sent off on the 14th of December in Germany and hasn't yet (7th of January) arrived in Ireland. Contacted the company online and got through to a stupid bot (your delivery will arrive in approximately 1 - 3 days). Next I sent an email to Hermes. On the contact form you had to click Sender or Recipient. I clicked on the latter just to learn through a reply from Hermes that I have to go to the shop and they will take care. Next I rang the contact centre just to hear a bot advising me the same ... (see above). Oh ... I also used WhatApp .... same bot ....:(:( DHL or UPS here I come!!!

30.11. Sent from Germany to Croatia. Today 29.12. Still nothing came. Tracking don’t work, they hide steps (tracking history), no customer support, hard to get in touch. After you get in touch they give you answers like you are last idiot. Support says: don’t worry, parcel is on the way. This is normal, it takes 5 to 12 days (ok, 22 days in that moment). Of course, parcel never came, and with this support I guess it is impossible to get damage cost back. Looking if is possible to make any move/dispute to european institutions because as I can see this company is massive fraud.
