Had to tick one star because I couldnt…

Had to tick one star because I couldnt post a review if not.
ref HRM11159906 posted parcel to Andorra on 2.9 Still not arrived. I understand it has been to Madrid? and is now in Tenerife?? and wont be delivered for another 2/3 weeks.
There is no way to speak to a real person and Hermes UK wont have anything to do with it.
Come on Guys gt it sorted

This is the worst courier company

This is the worst courier company, they say they tried to deliver my parcel 3 times ,saw 2 photos they took 1 was supposedly on the 3rd day of delivery but I had moved things on my windowsill the day before so they could not have taken it that day ,they lied ,do not order from a company that ues them ,they were aware to leave with my neighbour or my " safe place " they didn't even try ,company are re sending parcel with another company .

It is not just BAD

It is not just BAD, it is appalling! I bought a book in Germany, it was sent rather quickly. For almost 2 months! my parcel was wandering the globe without any trace. Today I learned that they are returning it to sender! Hermes! If you cannot deliver parcels, do something else – sell cleaning services for example! Never ever Hermes!

Always late

They never, ever deliver on time. And often, they just don’t bother delivering but try to blame the customer by saying they were not home - I work from home! I wish Amazon would stop using this company.

Absolutely horrendous customer service…

Absolutely horrendous customer service - I have received zero help after 3 emails and two chats.

It turns out the shipping company sending my delivery used the wrong plz, they got two digits the wrong way around. I received an email notification that they could not deliver my parcel and please contact customer services. My god, what a circus. It seems the colleagues are trying to outdo each other with how bad of a customer service can you give.

There is nowhere online to change the PLZ, i need a human to do this but they won't help. It's been 5 days. The first guy on the customer service chat also sent me a link which basically told me to contact customer services. A tried a new chat with Yvonne and she said, 'you already spoke with my colleague' he told you what to do.

I tried explaining again to her but I was cut off the chat. Not sure if it was a bad connection or what. Still no solution, still no idea what will happened with my package.......

I got pair of shoes delivered and they left them at my front door when I got home on the Sunday they were gone also arranged for neighbour to take my parcel yesterday and they have left them in back garden no doubt they will be gone I’m totally disgusted with this firm and you can’t get talking to a human

Shipment status remains frozen for more…

Shipment status remains frozen for more than a week. This happens often. No information whatsoever. Worst company ever. Update the shipment status and at least let the customer know if its in transit or if you lost it. Stating that you have no information on a parcel that you are handling is not good.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Absolutely appalling. No way to track supoosedly delivered items, no customer service number to call bc the one they have is automated. Absolutely never use this.

Terribly incompetent company…

This terribly incompetent company decided to not even ring on my doorbell, but to leave my package in a Paketshop TWO (2!!!!!!!) S-BAHN STATIONS AWAY. How incredibly stupid can you be? It can't be that hard to deliver a package? A monkey could to this job. Seriously.

Return service - Serious disappointment and non-existent

Return service: No one cares

Had huge boxes in Okt, Before Xmas (5d prior confirmed for pick up on 22.12. - pushed 2x 23.12. And 24.) and Feb planned for return. No one picked them up.

> no one came
> Waiting for hours during pick up window 12-18, either no info, in 1 instance cancelled on same day (24.12.)

Customer service confirmed all pickups but don’t care or handle well if those don’t materialize.

Many hours of my time were wasted here.

Customer service completely rude, excuses nonstop.

I understand Xmas pressures but you need to understand the customer and adapt to situations. I moved to a new city 1.12.2021. Thanks to the crisis I wasn’t able to buy furniture in store so had no other choice but to order online. It’s out of question acceptable to let a huge box size of a bed be left for 6 weeks at the customer’s.

I find this a major shame- because I really like shipping things with them personally and fine receiving packages.

But this is seriously bad and I think they are spiraling down with the remaining things. There are less and less stores for pick up/ return. I guess it’s all connected.

Your essential business is to deliver and pick up packages. You don’t manage the basic requirement of your service. You’re miles away from loyal customers- there is no customer experience that creates positive emotions in me. You’re missing the mark. I doubt the company will exist past the next 5 years this way. There is so much change taking place.

I ordered 3 gift on January 1/2/2021…

I ordered 3 gift on January 1/2/2021 for mother's Day lol I still waiting for it now it's 23/03/2021 I don't know how long I have to wait 🤐
I spent 733£ for those gifts for my mom and my wife all times shows me that on its way 🤯
Please what can I do at the moment keep waiting and how can I get my money back 🥺

WORST COURIER IN THE UK

WORST COURIER IN THE UK, EUROPE & BEYOND!

TOTALLY UNRELIABLE. USELESS “TRACKING”. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. NO HUMAN HELPLINE. WORTHLESS INSURANCE.

THEY ARE “CHEAP” FOR A REASON. THAT “REASON” IS THEY ARE RUBBISH!

International parcel sending - EPIC FAIL! AVOID!

I have received parcels through Hermes here in the UK regularly without any problems. I have now used them to send a parcel to Germany. NEVER AGAIN! This is how it went:
06/11/2020 - Collection booked - delivery promised to be before 16/11/2020
20/11/2020 at 00:50h 'Received at International Hub'
20/11/2020 at 06:27h 'Out for delivery'
20/11/2020 at 16:54h 'Delivered with Signature'
However the parcel has never arrived, no card has been left and no sign of the parcel with any neighbours...
24/11/2020 at 12:30h 'Return - Processed By Hub'
How can my parcel get returned if it was 'Delivered with Signature'?!?!?!
I've contacted the customer support through their chat and they were apologetic but can't do anything to get it re-delivered. It will be back with me in 6-8 weeks. >> 6-8 WEEKS????<<< This is insane!!!
They said if I contact them once the parcel is with me again they can potentially arrange for another delivery
attempt... And I just think NO THANK YOU!!! This incompetence is SOOO FRUSTRATING. What was meant to be a simple international delivery, turned into a nightmare...! AVOID using them, that's my advice!
