Imagine if she was my beautician...I know I would have outstanding service just because of how she gives great customer service on selling her hair.. The order arrived extremely quickly. I appreciate the communication informing/confirming that it arrived. I tried it on quickly and have no complaints. The quality is consistent with other human hair wigs I have worn and enjoyed. I am looking forward to styling the unit.

As a woman with alopecia receiving my Hermosa wig was a great experience. I love it the realistic feel that it gives me is amazing.

I personally bought 2 wigs from this place and the inches were not as described . I have went back and fourth with them to correct the situation but they have yet to do it. I would not order from them if u are a beginner.
