Poor quality

My husband bought their “silk” candy pyjama set as a surprise gift for me.

1. They delayed the delivery for 3 weeks claiming to be on holiday and after that the parcel was reportedly lost.
2. Pyjama set price is more than £300, but the quality is far from what you’d expect for that cost. The fabric feels cheap and synthetic, with a noticeable smell. The stitching is poorly done, with threads sticking out, and the fabric itself seems to crumble.

I don’t recommend buying from them especially given the price. We will have to return and hopefully get a refund.
