Ordered a dress off tiktok via Hetesoft. When it arrived it was such poor material and didn't fit. When you try to email them they fob you off with same message!! Absolute robbers.

Absolutely dreadful
I ordered two dresses that looked beautiful on the model, very classy. They came in lots of colours. I ordered the black. They took over 2 weeks to arrive and when they did to say they were awful is an understatement, they were so cheap looking, nothing like the pictures or videos. Cheaply sewn up, just terrible. It then took forever to get a reply back off them as I wanted a refund of £48.00, but the site told me it would cost too much to send back so I could either sell them or give them away or they offered a code I could use to buy more terrible clothes off them. So annoyed and cannot stress enough to everyone to avoid this site completely.
