Hey there, Unfortunately this time limit is a Riot requirement, you need to have someone on your friends list for over 24 hours before you're allowed to gift items to them.

Actually legitimate!
Alot of companies make fake reviews and have products that can actually endanger your account. I gave these guys a try, partly because a youtuber recommended them. It went exactly as advertised, and I got the items without a hitch. Will be coming back for more again in the future. :D
