The problem is support
The problem is support. You are on their timeline. If you ask a question they usually come back with a question and then repeat same question even when you respond. If the grow is not matching the app there is nothing you can do but to keep contacting support. It is not a good set up that you cannot manually make adjustments.
In response to the review. I replied back two times with serial number and asked for adjustment and in the end finally we cannot help you because you are in pro mode which we did not chose. Also an adjustment was done in beginning and we were not on pro and this was never bought up. I understand the delay in response but the not helping in any of the responses is not helpful.

Only uses 2.4 ghz WiFi when clearly (everything is 5g), I bought OG $1800 with shipping. Connection issues, a lot of errors first 3 days out the box. On the fourth day updated firmware. Now app wants Bluetooth, precise location set to always allow, WiFi still won’t connect. Furthermore it’s trash absolute scrap metal.

I ordered the hydro box
I ordered the hydro box. It’s very sturdy, cool looking and holds in smells and sounds. The problem is it doesn’t work. It hasn’t worked since i got it. During my first grow the app stopped connecting to the machine and it took support 3 weeks to finally fix it because they only answer questions once a week and nada on the weekend. Second grow now 3 months in and the lights won’t turn off, filter won’t filter and water level says low all the time. I’ve been attempting to get it fixed now for 2 weeks and my plant is on its last leg about to die again. They send me a picture of a hand pulling a wire from somewhere and tell me to fiddle with it. No instructions and then no response when i ask where and how to get to these wires. And now it’s the weekend so i won’t get any support. I ordered an $18 hydro seed starter on Amazon and the two plants in that are thriving vs my plant in Abby for $600 is almost dead. 5 months of growing wasted. If they can get better support that they don’t make you pay for and right the wrongs faster they will be the best solution for home growing but the amount of issues and a lack of solution driven customer service makes the money not at all worth it.

The app doesn’t work consistently. It will randomly lock me out & I have no access to 1-1 support. I have had this issue since my 1st subscription and none of the customer service suggestions work. Love the grow box itself, but the app makes the process frustrating and needs work.

After going back and forth and changing the door lock, I took the panel off inside of the box and realized that one of the wires that went from the door lock to the mother board wasn't pushed all the way in. I really think your company needs to be better with quality control prior to shipping your products. I do appreciate you attentiveness and attempts at trying to rectify the problem.

i'm impressed by this product sleek elegant, and works you can use pro mode if you're seasoned or use their automatic mode that will help you through the whole process for beginners to expert. This is a great little add-on to any Garden bedroom lab or even kitchen or living room
