I've contacted Hey Abby three times now regarding different issues. Response has always been prompt and for the most part accurate. I have run into the issue of having to send the same information to 2 or 3 different representatives but only something as simple as a short video or SN screenshot. Twice they were prompt at sending replacement parts. Once a BT meter and once an air pump. Both were received roughly 7-10 days after issue first occured.

GARBAGE PRODUCT
GARBAGE PRODUCT. When it arrived to me it was not functional and I had to argue and fight with customers service for weeks to try and get solutions. In the end they sent me the box but didn't put it together !!! The motherboard inside was straight up unplugged! The worst customer service I have ever had to interact with. And the app and product are so shitty I would even spend a $100 on it again.

I ordered the 420 pro via the manufacturer's website to Germany including accessories. Everything went very quickly. I made a mistake with my order and wrote directly to the manufacturer. I received a friendly reply promptly and my problem was fixed in no time at all. Thanks to Charyze for that :)
I am more than satisfied with the product itself. The dispenser is of good quality and the app with its explanatory videos, the calendar with to-do's and the community is very helpful, clear and the accessories can also be easily integrated thanks to the app. I really have to say that this is a top product for people who have little space. Of course, the ventilation makes a little noise, but that's quite normal. Separated from an apartment door, however, it is no longer perceptible. I am definitely a very satisfied customer and have no regrets. I will also recommend “hey abby” to friends and was “referred” by a friend myself. It's that easy when you have a good product.
Heyabby is really helpful when needed
I emailed heyabby that i was starting a new grow with my second heyabby grow box.
I didn't know how to set that up and run 2 grow boxes at the same time. They help me with that and it was easy when you get the right help.

probably better using the Box
The app is probably better using the Box but it leaves Tent space users behind due to app bugs. An act of simply setting the light schedule is ineffective bc the application won’t accept the input.
The tent user is treated like an afterthought.

I bought the Hey Abby OG edition a little over a year ago. It took a while to get to work correctly due to certain updates were implemented. While still new I had to replace the mother board and the dial up front. I also purchased their humidifier and that lasted about six months and the same problem with their R300 Smart outlet power strip with 2.4G WiFi worked well in the beginning on now it does not want to connect to WiFi anymore, the microscope lens for a smart phone does not work well at all but that could depend on the type of smart phone that you use but there is no mention any exceptions on their website. The only accessory that has worked well and is still working is the video Cam. Since then customer service has declined, they hardly ever answer the phone, if at all. All other communications such as chat or email can take between one to three days for a response. Their shipping always takes a long time. The only thing that is good are their videos now. Even a response from a subscription paid account sometimes takes a day or two for a response. Most recently I have ordered their 301EVO Bloom Boost Supplemental LED bar(On 2-12-2025). Hey Abby received their stock and shipped on 3-3-2025. I received an email from Hey Abby stating my order has a delivery exception and is undergoing unusual shipping conditions and to please contact carrier asap to resolve the issue. I made a call that I waited on for 45 minutes to be hung up on, this is not unusual. I called back and the automated system says their is no available to take your call please send an email. This is where I am at right now waiting again for a response and an excuse and an apology. I would just like to receive my orders in a timely fashion.

Ok can someone explain how I pre order the hey abby in December was told early February now we are in the beginning of March, when I'm I going to get my machine.. they act as if we live in a society where we know we are going to see the next day, ain't nothing promise to anyone in these times.. theI'll like to be able to at least experience what I brought before I perish is that to much to ask for?

Horrible app
Their user support is abysmal. Wait times of DAYS to return simple inquiries.
Their app is trash. Logs you out every week, which wouldn’t be a huge deal…but this time their text codes aren’t working. So I waited a day to see if it would work again, nope. I’m 3 days late now on a drain and refill all because their technology is garbage. Plant may die when it’s 5 weeks from harvest. I am so pissed at this company and their lack of care for their customer.
