Bought one came dented box tried to contact but only by E mail wouldn’t refund or replace had to take a 100 dollar credit still doesn’t work errors on temp gauge for water says 98 degrees but temp is only 65 gave piece and f shit wouldn’t recommend to anyone! Reached out to then and still no response! 6 days later still nothing! Now going on Feb19 2025 and still no response in there product this review backs my decision on writing it poor customer service don’t buy from them!

Worst product I have ever spent over…
Worst product I have ever spent over $1000 comes in broken doesn’t even work tried to talk to support they told me I either need to buy a completely new one or spend around $700 to fix the one I have. Keep in mind I haven’t even started to use it yet but some how I’m the reason it’s broken and won’t work… worlds shittiest company product everything they need to be shut down asap!!!
Also when I did talk to customer support I was politely told to f off multiple times.

Horrible customer service
Purchased the growbox. Comes with limited instructions. You can not even use the grow boys unless you connect it through the app. The box will not connect to the app so it is sitting there like a worthless piece of junk. They do not answer the phone any time I call the number to get this resolved. Do not purchase from them.

This company has bamboozled me out of my money and now is trying to stop me from writing a review.. I ordered an hey abby with the impression of receiving it before Christmas.. to later be told I was put on back order.. no one put my money on back order that was taken from my account immediately... I have written to this company on many occasions any to get an automated machine asking me to upgrade my machine and I could receive it within a week..I fell for one false advertisement now they expect me to put more money on top of a machine I haven't even received yet..I would like to take legal action for false advertisement and stealing my money.. do I have grounds? Horrendous customer service
Horrendous customer service. Received 2 grow boxes, both damaged from shipping. One I may be able to take apart and salvage. The other appears cosmetic.
Contact customer service, response is if you bought insurance, contact them, otherwise you should have. Happy growing!
No suggestions for repair, advise how to possibly get it to function, discount, offer to purchase a new one with a discount. Nothing!
Quite literally contact insurance. If you didn’t get it, you should have.
I would strongly advise anyone and everyone to avoid a company with this little care.
