I advise everyone to stay away from this casino. They don't have a license anymore and they are basically doing what they want.

You will have a good time as long as you lose or mostly do small withdrawals.

If you ever get a good period where you win a lot or just get lucky and win a big amount they will not pay you.

In my last day at heybets I hit a max win of 10.000 euros on Gates of Olympus on 2 euros bet, I requested an withdrawal and 30 mins later my account was blocked and they don't respond anymore to messages or emails.

It's funny that I've been a player on this casino for almost 2 years and as soon as I get some money back that I lost on their site, they just block my account. They don't care about their players, you're only good for them as long as you make them profit !

SCAM!!! Stay away!! I played on Heybets for about 6 months. “Luke” not his real name in customer service starts out being cool. I won $11k and after trying to withdraw and being denied they closed my account. This site is a scam. Do yourself a favor and stay away!!

After depositing over $68,000 in debt and only withdrawing $23,000, it is clear the RTP here is awful.

Heybets has one of the best vip promotions I have ever seen. The wheel spin wins are great. Yesterday I won the new airpods pro and I could choose to either receiving the airpods or to get the value of them on my balance.

When I started using this casino everything was doing great, the withdrawals were instant, but after some time I won a bit more money and asked for a withdrawal, the support team informed me that it will take up to 24 hours to go thru, but the time went by and I haven't recieved the money and also the support team doesn't answer via email or live chat for 2 weeks now. (Keep in mind the amount I withdrew is only 80$)

Live support is always helpful, and my VIP manager Luke sometimes hooks me up with a raw cash bonus. I've never had that experience at any other casino. It was a fun start with HeyBets in June 2024: Fun games, an ultra-responsive help desk. But now my $2k withdrawal request has been in process for 2 months. On separate occasions, I've been asked for various forms of KYC including ID, utility bill, verification of wealth, and dated selfie photo along with my ID. Currently, I'm awaiting a letter in the mail confirming my physical address (2 weeks wait so far). Until now HeyBets has been prompt with my questions and requests. I hope to update this one day soon with a positive response. As with any casino I've trusted HeyBets... It will be great for this gambling community if they make good on their promises.

UPDATE 1 Month Later: I regularly (every couple days) ask the HeyBets help desk if they would check on the status of that letter that's going to validate my physical address. They simply do not reply. And the letter never comes.

UPDATE Another Month Later (Now Nov 5 2024): I continue to send the HeyBets team a message every couple days asking about the letter that they don't send. Their chat interface always says "We typically reply within an hour", but (so far) I never get any response. The original withdrawal request of $2,200 was June 22, 2024 (greater than 4 months).

UPDATE now Jan 14, 2025: There is still no response from Heybets (online chat and email) when I ask for help with the withdrawal request. I just can't give up. I'll update here if and when this changes.

The casino is holding my money for over 2 weeks. They lost license and now they are doing illegal thing by faking it with logo of curacoa but actually they don’t have it. Support just ignoring me not answering. The casino is literally scam.

This site is a SCAM. They lure you in with a VIP transfer bonus and they let you win for about 24 hours. If you try to withdraw they hold it (even tho they claim to be instant withdrawal) for manual approval with never happens. Then they stop responding. BIG SCAM SITE STAY AWAY!

VIP transfer Promo is a scam. I won and they closed my account. cant log in. Vip Manager blocked me on Telegram. Its all a scam.

As of July 23, my withdrawal is still pending. I had a deposit of $150 and won bets with a balance of about $700. After a long wait, they wrote to me in live chat that the withdrawal would be within 48 hours, but after 48 hours they asked me to go through KYC and I immediately sent everything. After that, they ignore me both in live chat and in mail, I write often and receive 0 information in response. They lie about the license that was taken from them. UPD: 28.10 I periodically write to support about my verification. I am completely ignored. Almost 2 months have passed since the documents were sent, which will be answered within 7 days.
