They are constantly delaying my withdrawal of $14000. It’s been a month now and they are just putting me in an endless KYC loop. Initially the VIP manager said it would take maximum 72 hours, and now we’re a month in with no communication. I’ve emailed gaming Curaçao and surprisingly they replied to me saying to fill out the complaint form, so I’ve officially sent in my complaint with all my evidence. Regarding the fiat withdrawal: They are done instantly, sometimes they need approvals but once it‘s approved, max 1 hour normally, it gets sent via instant payment. When approved, or when you dont need approvals, it arrives within 10 seconds.

I opened an account at Heybets.io. When I went to withdraw I provided them with all the KYC information and they never approved it. It's gotten to a point where they are not responding to any communication. It has been almost three months with no resolution. I would not recommend using this platform as you won't be paid.

I was playing on heybets game called Rocket (something). The rules are, you bet the price and if you press untill rocket explodes you win the money as much x as it shows. I deposited 10 eu and won over 14k. I requested 200eu withdrawall. After I deposited 30$ in crypto and won over 1k in crypto and requested 500$ in crypto withdrawall. My withdrawalls was pending and after couple days they deleted the game and my entire accaunt. I send them a email, but they didn't responded. This site is a scam, I know my friends played aswell and been scamed. Avoide this site, they are scamers. I have all the proof that I had won money, I will show everything to the right institutions to make it work.

I actually can say that i do think this site is good, good wagers for bonus deposits and a good selection of games, but actually trying to withdraw a second time with a greateer amount has become very difficult/unknown as i now been waiting over 4 days for a withdrawal, also messaging support i now get zero replies after a few days of them trying to help and responding.

All of us have been waiting months, and customer service won't do anything about it. They just keep telling us to kyc, but they don't even process it.

There's no point playing here as you will not win anything, because even if you win, they won't pay you.

Do not give them any money. I will update if they do ever pay out... but at this point it seems unlikely at all.

The customer service doesn't answer anymore.
