Their jewellery are amazing, as well the costumer service. I needed to return one order and to replace it with other one, but unfortunately my return was not with all the details. However after contacting the customer support, with their help we found the solution.

Started simple I had an issue with delivery it was marked as delivered when I hadn’t received it I reached out hoping maybe there is an error there were no help I asked if it could be recent out to me but it was so hard to get in touch with anyone and every single person I did reach was so unbelievably unhelpful I eventually just started saying asking for a refund I am now just being met with copy paste AI responses no way to speak to an actual person they just keep sending me a text I have to fill out and send back to them I’ve told them I have an intellectual disability and I’m not able to do this I asked if they have any accommodations for disabled people I was ignored for four days but I then messaged again to chase them up on it I was just sent the exact same copy paste response saying yes our dedicated team looked into this for you this form and send it back to us absolutely no helping anyway shape or form I will never shop with this company again and I urge you not to either seems to just be a scam after doing further research that appears to be low quality and is causing breakout very unhappy with this I’m going to try and raise a dispute with the bank

Not only beautiful, high quality jewelry that stays just as great as promised, but also fantastic customer service. I have only had wonderful experiences with HeyHarper; always genuinely kind, truly helpful and respectful. I am a true fan! I own many of their pieces and will keep adding onto my collection.

I used to love this brand, but after my latest order of three items, I’m incredibly disappointed: the quality has plummeted, the bracelet fell apart on my wrist, and the earring clasps are so tiny and poorly made that they are impossible to fasten and easy to lose, so I strongly recommend against buying these overpriced products.

This company wrongfully advertised to give “free necklace” with a new subscription signup. It turned out to be the “free” necklace was your first subscription box item and moved onto the next mystery box with additional charge which was very disappointing. Their necklace also gave me serious skin breakout but I can’t even return it since it’s subscription base accessories. What a waste and joke.

Absolutely blown away by the customer service from Hey Harper! I have had a couple of hiccups mainly due to bad luck but they have gone above and beyond to make sure I am happy with the product I purchased. Honestly couldn't recommend enough 🌟Thank you for being so understanding and helpful!

The company responded right away when I reached out about a defective bracelet clasp and worked with me to resolve the issue! Super happy with the items I own and wear them daily.

I love their jewelry! I wear it non stop and never take it off even when I'm working out or showering or doing anything. Their customer service is also amazing. I've had a couple times one of my bracelets had a gem missing after some pretty heavy wear and they've replaced them each time no questions asked. Definitely will be buying my jewelry from them each time I need something new and fun!

I wasn’t sure about what to expect when I signed up for my subscription- but I have to say I am just delighted. I had a couple of questions about my orders- I forgot to use a promo code, another time I was unsure about if the items I added as “add-ons” to my subscription were actually sent (they disappeared from my cart) and each time I reached out to customer service on the weekend, I was answered promptly and politely by someone who knew what they were doing. I also really love the products! Nice weight, interesting designs, looks more $$$ than the price. I also think their care and attention to detail shows in the FAQ section of their website. It’s well written, transparent, and they specifically talk about the PVD quality of their pieces in microns. A solid company. Do not hesitate to order. I have told friends, family & colleagues about the brand.

Necklace broke after a few wears and I emailed Hey Harper about the issue and if I could get a replacement. They were super helpful, sweet and answered quickly. No hassle whatsoever. Would highly recommended

Heya Harper jewellery is beautiful. I got rid of all my old jewellery and only wear Hey Harper now. I love the silver pieces particular, I wish there were more. The gold ones are so pretty too though. Customer Support was available and very helpful when I needed them. Will be ordering more! :)
