Can’t charge case

I ordered two phone cases, both came in looking great, art is beautiful but my only problem is i got the wrong charger, it doesn’t plug to a wall or usb (i use iphone) , i tried to get help but no one got back to me. I also believe the lights are supposed to turn on when music plays? mine doesn’t though

Great!…. But…

I love the art work, I just have a slight problem. It seems that my Goth Mikasa case only has leds on the bottom. It also only lights up if the case is tapped. I’m uncertain whether this is normal or not

Charger cable fail - corrected

The case came in a reasonable amount of time however the charger that comes with it neither plugs into the wall or has a usb option. As an iPhone user getting an charger that is magnetic to android adapter is a huge fail. All new cords will have to be ordered to see if the product works as advertised. 🤨
Edit.. the company sent me a new data cable and it works great! Thank you for the follow up. Hopefully there will be a future option on the website on what cable users prefer before shipping. Thank you again. 👍

Love the anime phone cases

Love the products, I ordered 3 and got it within 7 days. Love how the light sync with the music or noise that plays from the phone. I can’t wait for more art work or anime to be on these cases. I got a case that was not working properly and contacted heyybox on Facebook and they got back to me asap, on there business hours. He help me figure out the problem and now I’m super satisfied. Very good customer services.

I asked the logistics company. It turned out that the tracking number was modified once, but it was not synchronized to our store. Now I have uploaded the correct tracking number , you can check the logistics now. It shows you can get the case soon.
