My order took sometime to ship, waited about 1 week to ship. I contacted their chat support via facebook, the reason they gave me for the hold up is that all this items are tailored made and high quality control and they would never switch to a inferior product just to fullfil my order. Sure enough when the package arrive, it is of superior quality, else I would have given them one star.

My experience with H For Hype
They sent me the wrong color, I contacted customer representative and was told the color I wanted was out of stock. It made me quite mad at first, I ordered quite a few from other sites and then item arrive, all of them were no match to H For Hype and I had to return other products. I struggled a week of sleepless nights on whether to return the wrong color item to H For Hype for a return, but had made a decision to keep the item. If it wasn't for the high quality of the product, I would have return without hesitation. In the future, please ensure you have all ready stocks.

Marvelous customer service
Marvelous customer service. Packages got stuck at customs and require to pay some taxes. Customer support was there to help me with providing invoices that left me to pay very very little tax instead of the original tax.

I bought some clothings for my boyfriend, came in the wrong sizing label on the package, was too afraid to open and try it as I was worried it will affect my return and exchange. I approached HFORHYPE's customer service, they were extremely friendly. They explained to me that sizing are automatically downsize or upsize to American standard sizing so as to bring convenience to their customers.
With confirmation of their words, I had my boyfriend to try out and it turns out to fit perfectly. He really enjoys the product and I. am so thankful to HFORHYPE for making this happen.
