messy

I ordered two items, a shirt and a hoodie, and after about a month the shirt came in but the hoodie never did. I dm'd them on instagram, and after a discussion they gave me a "store credit" refund because the hoodie was discontinued. I think they should improve their website and keep it further up to date than that. An order should not even go through if it is not in stock. Just unorganized

Products are amazing

Products are amazing, was skeptical at first on previous bad review, but after listening to their explanation of having hundreds of catalogues, some products take longer time to fulfill. Nevertheless, thumbs up for them giving the best products out there rather than bait and switch like other sellers out there. Shipping times are slow bu the products quality is worth every single dime.

Never buy from this company

Never buy from this company. I ordered Nike Air Max 97 undefeated, but when I went to collect my package a revised a hoodie instead of my shoes. I contacted them regarding the manner but they kept on saying we sent your product and then I sent them the receipt and images. After I sent them the receipt and the pictures they admitted they made a mistake and sent my product to someone else and I revised there product. But then I asked for a refund they wouldn't give it to me then after a day they wouldn't respond to my messages. After three days they said again we have made a mistake in your order, asked for me to send the product to a person who it was meant to and they said I would revive my shoes. But I had to pay for the shipping which was 30 dollars! to ship to the United Kingdom. Which I did and they ask for the receipt of the postage cost which I did give to them. After a couple of days I asked for an update on my shoes and if they have been shipped but they never responded to me is been over a month and still nothing from them and I still haven't received my shoes. In the end, this company has horrible customer service and is bad in general. My advice to you if your thinking of buying from them don't waste your money, as I did which was $300 including paying for shipping.

Fool me once, shame on you. Fooled me twice

The first time I ordered from them, I ordered two hoodies, both large. When they were delivered, I received a large and a medium, and when contacted, I was told I was to pay shipping both ways for their mistake. I just ended up gifting the hoodie to a friend.

Fast forward to now, I ordered two hoodies and a t shirt. I paid for the expedited shipping and did not receive the items until much after the tracking said it would arrive (probably something to do with their 7 day return policy). When I opened the package, lo and behold, there was only one shirt and one hoodie. When I told this to customer service, they accused me of lying. If I were attempting to pull one over on them, wouldn't I have done that with a much larger order?

Do not buy from this company.

never buy

i ordered a shirt for £99 with the shipping my card got declined so i tryed to contact my bank to see what the issue was the told me the website wants to take from my account £1700 so honestly theyre steeling from customers

Upset HforHype customer

I was looking to start a company by reselling HforHype goods. I encountered the following issues after a large bulk order was placed:

1. We ordered a total of 24 item, but have received only 23.
2. We are unsatisfied with the sizing of the products are they are not the exact same fit as the authentic ones, but claim to sell true to size items.
3. One of the T-shirts also did not come in any supreme plastic bag
4. We ordered 6 White with black print Supreme Mona Lisa T-shirts, but we received the white ones with the Navy-blue print instead.
5. The packages were split when we were not told this would be the case. The second package took over a month to be delivered.

This experience has been the most awful experience ever. They are extremely slow in communicating with their clients. This I find to be completely unacceptable and extremely disappointing.

Awful costumer service

Awful costumer service

I ordered a bape hoodie , waited 2 weeks for it to arrive , decided to contact hforhype, was told that the item is no longer available.
I asked for a refund , i was told the compagny doesnt do refunds only store credit. I ordered a long sleeve size large and a belt with the credit.

Received the goods literally almost 2 months after.
Open the bag and the size of the long sleeve is medium
Contact hforhype , asked them to get a exchange .
I have to pay for the shipping back and forth again , its their policy they said.
I dont have to pay shipping for a mistake made by a employee who put the wrong size in the box

UPDATE.
After reviewing the website , i got contacted to fix the issue . Even though it took a while to get the issue resolved , at least i got given credit for the next order .
Thanks for the help . Hopefully it will be a smooth transaction next time 👍🏻

And unfortunately, due to this, you've been trying to reach us via email, with no response, as we can't receive queries via email anymore. I can understand that this was raising a lot frustration. I can also see that you contacted us on Facebook, but solely to ask for a link to review us. We really feel that we can make this right for you, and I hope we can meet again at Facebook messenger to come to a resolution. Communication wise, you say that our customer service is awful. But we changed our customer service channel to Facebook to be more efficiently, and our support team is now 24/7.

I bought bred yeezys and they were to small. Very good copy good quality but took a long time to arrive. After that I tried sending a refund but never got it. Unacceptable. I would have been a very big client of theirs if this all went well of if they contacted me and sent me the right size after I sent my shoes back

No problems at all!
This has been the 2nd time I've ordered from this company and both times the items have arrived in good condition and in good time. A word of warning, I've had to pay custom charges both times, but I've had no problems with what I've ordered at all.

If you're going to buy something make…

If you're going to buy something make sure you absolutely get your right size. I bought a small thinking it would be a great size but it was extremely small, PAYED for shipping for a size exchange and was hold in customs they contacted HisForHype and they denied my return and requested my item to be abandoned. I would have to PAY again to get my shirt back might as well bought an over priced real one would of been the same. Tryied contacting them while they "tryied" to resolve the issue but ended up ignoring my emails and Facebook messages overall horrible experience.

They have most of the latest items

Bought a couple of Balenciaga t-shirts and Givenchy t-shirt. Literally, after a few times that I wore them, they started to be worn out.
Also, I paid for the "express" shipping which stated 5-7 days it still took more than 3 weeks to arrive. Packaging is extremely poor, the clothes have a very strong smell. Some of the clothes will have tags and some will not. Extremely unpleasant shopping experience. NEVER AGAIN.!!!
Customer service is relatively poor!

A few points to consider before buying from Hforhyype.

1. Very expensive for non-authentic stuff
2. Very cheap material
3. Going to take ages to arrive
3. Stong smell on clothes
4. Clothes will have holes after a few times of wore

This company lies and says their products are "unauthorised authentic"
Complete lies, their prodcuts are basically any t-shirt from Primark and print a logo on top.

I also noticed how they claim to be in the United States, another lie.

I highly recommend anyone reading this review to STAY away from Hforhype.net !!!

Really good customer service

At first, they forgot one of my items in the order but they quickly realized their mistake and put a bunch of credit on my account. The shipping after the Chinese holidays was super fast and I was really happy with the quality of the clothing. Really really good customer service too, it was pretty awesome to know someone would get back with me so quickly.
