Had an issue in my loft, called their pest team to take a look.
Someone showed up, poked his head up the ladder, and said they can't help until we get the loft boarded.
He left within 60 seconds. They then harassed me for £90.
Useless, lazy, never again.
Regarding the concern for health, the exterminator should have shown and shared the SDS (safety data sheet) which would reveal the type of pesticide chemicals used. A copy would then have been able to share with tenants' doctor to discuss any concerns about how these pesticide chemicals may affect medical condition(s). Depending on what the doctor dictated only then it would be decided what the tenant would do next. If the chemicals irritated condition(s) then all could find out what chemicals are "safe for humans". After the chemical had dried it circulated through the entire flat via an air exchanger system. The Alpha SDS does indicate that it is environmentally hazardous, harmful if inhaled, may cause respiratory irritation
