Ordered the isotib in January and it arrived a few weeks after. Totally changed the game for me with previous knee issues on the downhill when hiking. Would strongly recommend to anyone who is looking for a unique piece of kit to help isolate their tibs for a better all round performance. Looking forward to trying out some of their other equipment in the future.

When I did follow up, they were nothing short of negligent gaslighters.
Can’t remember the last time I’ve been this disgusted with a retail experience. As others have said, take your hard-earned cash elsewhere.

Have ordered the Nordic bundle in January 2024 and have not receive an update on delivery timeframes. Have contacted the support email to get an update but have not heard back. Disappointing service already - the lack of communication is something to note for future purchasers.

Turn around time for Nordic bar was 3 weeks. It’s been 4 weeks since I ordered. I’ve sent to emails to support to find out what’s going on. No one responds to emails even though I waited the 5 days it says support takes to respond. Will have to try and file a claim with my credit card to get my money back. So disappointed as I wanted this product.

I’m really happy with the bundle I bought - the equipment is very high quality. Before purchasing, I had a few questions about what equipment would be best suited for me and the customer service was awesome. Definitely recommend the guys at HGG!

I received my wrist axe today .quality is top notch . Even the packaging is well made with a nice logo . 4 stars just because I had to wait long time and sometimes replies to emails are quite slow however overall I can’t complain.
I understand that it’s a small family business and they actually make the product handcrafted , which is a plus , they have probably a lot of orders and I understand now that it is not easy to make the product and ship it in a short time frame . In conclusion if you can wait the long time that it takes, I can confirm that the product itself is 100% worth it .
I guess majority of the 1 star reviews had my same experience but they just did not update their reviews after receiving the product .

I wish I had seen this page with people experiencing the same issues that I am now going through with this company, before I placed an order with them. I ordered 2 items now 2 months ago (supposed to be a Christmas present to myself) and I have still not received them. They have kept citing delays and changes with their suppliers or some other BS. After threatening them with legal action, I have received an email saying that I can expect a tracking number by the 19th Jan but "we will get your order out asap". I don't know what that means to be honest. I am hopeful they will act in good faith and honour their contractual commitment. Beware before purchasing from this company that's all I am saying at this point. Sorry to hear of others that have simply not received their orders after 6 months ... I would be livid if that was the case and I would be taking legal action against them.

The quality of the equipment is top notch. I can’t complain about the craftsmanship on each product I’ve received. The downfall is the delivery times. Some products ship relatively quickly if you ask for the order to be sent separately but others you can expect a wait for up to six months. The support team will continuously assuring you that the shipment will be sent out within the next week or two but then you will hear nothing. I just gave up after the fourth email reply telling me it would be sent in a week, and just accepted that it will get here when it gets here. The last part of my order has arrived, and I am happy with product. I would’ve preferred that they just be honest with a realistic delivery date instead of insisting that it would be sent out shortly. I am happy to wait months for a premium piece of equipment as long as I have been notified of that prior to the purchase that it may take up to six months instead of a few weeks

I really, really want to like these guys but they made it hard. A wait of nearly 6 months after purchase without any communication is not acceptable. I understood later there was a supply chain issue and I get it, but how hard is it to pick up the phone and call to explain? It left me thinking it was just a scam.
The product (finally) delivered is awesome and quality is top notch. These guys are not scammers but should spend less time on social media and more on communication and building relationships with existing customers. They did throw in something to compensate and I am moving forward.

After excitedly placing my order in June, I touched base with them after a couple of weeks later for an update (they readily don't supply a phone number so I emailed them). They told me they have to manufacture the product and that it would take weeks. Fair enough.
After a couple of months, I have continued to touch base and see how the order was going. Each time, they kept telling me that it was coming without providing a commitment. They never once initiated an update to advise on status. I had to schedule to contact them and tell them I am still waiting.
It's been 5 months and still nothing.
It was at some point that I found this page and I started to see the pattern with what was happening to me and what was happening to everyone else. Same, same. Promise it's coming. It never comes. Then, promise more - but more of nothing is still nothing.
I requested a refund but they refused telling me that they don't refund on "change of mind"
I had copied in Michael in emails but no response so they know about this.
The sad thing is that they are still on social media spruiking and soliciting for new orders with extra special discounts when they have not tried to deliver to me months ago.

It’s basically like the other reviewers. I waited a week, after placing my order to ask for the status & was told 5-6 weeks. On week 7, I ask again, and it extended again. Out of curiosity, I looked up HGG performance reviews and came across this page & then realized that it’s not just me. I called my credit card company, and explained to them the situation & I was refunded my money. What’s sad is, I was really looking forward to using the products.

Placed my order 14 weeks ago and still don’t have it. No contact from them at all after ordering until I emailed them at the 7 week mark questioning when I’d be receiving my order. I Have been told over and over ‘it’s being dispatched by the end of the week’ several times and always followed up with an excuse a week later why it’s delayed again. They won’t issue a refund
Total scam. Avoid like the plague

I have made an order 4 months ago, and I paid 70$ for express shipping which they would say would take a max of 3 weeks, however after a month i didnt get an update and I contacted them and they said its going to take another 3 weeks, I told them I wanted a refund and they said no. and now its been 4 months and still no update. trash company with trash customer service. these guys are clearly scammers.
