recently purchased a beautiful Rolex Daytona from Eddie and Sammy and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish.

I was recommended to them by another jeweller I had dealt with for years who had sadly retired. He pointed me in their direction because of their reputation and over 40 years’ experience in the trade who he’d dealt with. A recommendation like that from someone already in the jewellery business carried a lot of weight with me.

When you’re spending a significant amount of money on a watch, you want complete confidence in what you’re buying and, most importantly, who you’re buying it from. There was absolutely no rush or pressure. Eddie and Sammy took the time to advise me on different models, condition, value and the potential investment side. I’d always assumed newer meant better, but they explained why condition and the individual watch can often be far more important, along with certain dials.

It never felt like they were simply trying to sell me something. Their knowledge and experience gave me the full confidence to make the right decision.

What also stood out was seeing people clearly involved in the jewellery trade coming in to seek Eddie’s advice, particularly on diamonds. That speaks volumes. His knowledge is exceptional, and he explained the differences between mined and lab-grown diamonds clearly. They also make beautiful bespoke engagement rings to your specification.

Eddie and Sammy are genuine, professional and true to their word. If they say they’re going to do something, they do it, and they’ll go above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of properly.

No hard sell, no pressure, just honest advice, excellent knowledge and great service.

I came away with a Daytona with a stunning dial in excellent condition, fantastic price and most importantly, piece of mind/ confidence in what I’d bought and who I’d bought it from. An absolute pleasure to deal with and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Highly recommended 👍

These guys could not do enough for me. I have bought everything from Watches to Engagement rings. Often sourcing items on the same day I enquired. Even down to the smallest details nothing is too much trouble. I wouldn’t trust my money to go to anyone else.

Sadly our experience with this company fell below the level of acceptable professional behaviour. We purchased an expensive diamond wedding ring,, clearly stating the date of the wedding. We were advised that the ring would arrive the day before the wedding by post. I queried this as being unreliable, but was told that they used the post office frequently and had never had a problem. Needless to say the ring did not arrive the day before as promised. HG watches were unhelpful and even though it was the day before my wedding, they expected me to chase up exactly what it happened as to why the ring had not been delivered. on the morning of my wedding. we had to locate and drive to a depot to try and find the ring. HG watches did not even have the decency to inquire as to whether we had found the ring. I certainly would not recommend this company or their service.

However, I felt the service and product I received from Sam at HG Watches warranted some effort on my part.
I was initially cautious about purchasing online/ via the post, but reading other buyers’ great reviews, it gave me some confidence , so I went ahead and expressed interest in an automatic Tag Heuer Monaco I’d seen listed.
The communications, information and service has been exemplary, with info and help offered throughout the transaction.
I wasn’t happy with the strap originally fitted to the watch I liked, so Sam contacted the manufacturer and sourced the exact original strap I wanted.
When the watch arrived by special delivery (like clockwork), I found it was absolutely immaculate- not a single mark and with the brand new strap, it looks like a completely new watch.
Can’t recommend HG Watches highly enough and I look forward to further purchases in future.

Having been to one of the fancier shops on Hatton Garden when shopping for an engagement ring, I was recommended to visit Eddie at HG and the experience was far superior and I would highly recommend.

The request I had was quite specific, but Eddie delivered by sourcing exactly the type of stone we wanted. Others on Hatton Garden said they couldn't find one.

I wanted to design a bespoke engagement ring for my girlfriend, and was highly recommended HG Watches and Jewellery by a friend. I approached them, and dealt with Eddie throughout the process, and he was absolutely fantastic. He listened to what I wanted, whilst also guiding me through the design process, and giving great ideas. I really enjoyed the collaborative project of designing a beautiful engagement ring with him. Once he’d sent me the final cad drawings, and I confirmed I was happy, it took just 2 weeks for him to make the ring. This was impressive, especially considering I had a particular weekend in mind to propose to my girlfriend, and Eddie made the ring perfectly in time. When I came in to collect the ring, I was blown away by it, and a couple days later, I proposed to my girlfriend (now fiancé) and she absolutely loves the ring, and she can’t stop admiring it. I couldn’t be happier. Eddie is a lovely guy, and an expert jeweller, and I am so grateful for his help and guidance.
