I was delighted with the apartment and the professional and friendly service provided by Jennifer and her team. This gave me great peace of mind. I moved to New Zealand for the first time from Canada for work on short notice.

I had an amazing renting experience with #HiAtlas in Wellington. From the initial enquiry through to move-in and support during the stay, everything was smooth, well-organised, and stress-free especially since I had to travel frequently for work.

The #hiatlas team was friendly and responsive when issues arose and repairs conducted efficiently, communication was clear, and the place was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and ready to move into as it was fully furnished. It made settling into Wellington so much easier, especially when you don’t know who to trust and where you really want things to just go smoothly without hassle.

Any questions I had were handled quickly, and it genuinely felt like they cared about providing an exceptional experience rather than just ticking boxes. It’s rare to find a property management company these days that truly cares about making the tenant experience seamless, and HiAtlas absolutely does. Rent collection was available via credit card and bond return was trouble free especially when dealing with foreign currency. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for rentals in Wellington especially when seeking reliable and trustworthy service. I would happily book with them again.
