I have recently set up my own business with the excellent help and support from the hiber team. The benefits are amazing and there is always someone available to help. As a business the hiber team help take some of the stress away! Extended warranty and finance is massive plus for any business.

Hiber have been excellent from start to finish from nick coming out to meet us and chatting about hiber we instantly liked nick and what he was telling us about hiber, after joining the whole team has been great any problems we have or questions they are dealt with quickly and nothing is to much bother. As the weeks go on we’re gaining more and more from hiber which is helping our business so let it continue

A wonderful experience from start to finish. Straight forward, friendly professional and reasonably priced.

Having firstly had a quote from British Gas I look up and found Hiber. The whole experience was excellent from the engineer who came out to survey and give his price to the final installation.

The whole process was speedy and the price quite remarkable at less than 60% of their competitor.

I would have given 5stars had it not been for the initial installation date being postponed at very short notice.

Hiber (through Joe the Surveyor) were very good in identifying a very suitable Boiler - they did not try to sell us the most expensive but one that would more than do the job properly. It has proven to be excellent in all respects. The installation was undertaken efficiently with floors properly protected. We are extremely satisfied and would highly recommend this Company to you.

Couldn't find a locally-recommended company and felt a bit nervous to use a company that we had never heard of. However, had very positive experience start to finish and they swiftly rectified an issue with electrical cabling. Would definitely recommend. We have signed up for ongoing servicing agreement with Hiber so hope the positive experience will continue!

Plummer arrived on time,started work immediately. On completion he explained everything and how it works.We're very happy with the service they provided. I've already passed their number on to my friends.

Job done efficiently and accurately. Also checked by inspectors and passed. Very pleased with surveyor, engineer and the firm all together.

I cannot fault the service that we received from Hiber. The initial contact with the company was superb and we found their quote to be very reasonable for the boiler they suggested we needed for the size of our house. In terms of the fitting, the engineer, Jordan was brilliant. Arrived on time, worked cleanly and was very personable.
We are also very pleased with the boiler - Ideal Vogue 40kw. The house has never been so warm.
Overall, we would highly recommend Hiber to anyone looking to replace their boiler.
