My first time bidding on anything! It was fun and I was able to get at least 1 item I bid on. Thank you for a fun and smooth transaction.

Easy to bid and easy to complete the process .

The ones that are only charging 15 percent buyers fee, is ok and understandable. but some of them charge that plus 2 dollars per item that is just unreasonable, unless you can win the item at very low cost.. but if you win 15 items even small, now on top of tax, buyers fee, you are getting charged additional fee of 30 dollars for those items. just doesnt seem right... To much tacked on

The bidding process was very good - smooth, no issues or errors. Trying to obtain a list of items by Category is a challenge. Two reasons: 1. the system doesn't "hold" the Location I select. It goes back to the default (ALL) on a page change. (Should be in Profile) 2. Recent searches by Category return Auctions, Items outside the Category, even All items for an Auction in some cases! Both of these issues are a pain, takes more time to find items, reduces bidding, sales/revenue for Auctions.

Sometimes the connection is lost going to live bidding when the time for closing is near. Missed out on couple items that way.

Hibid allows its sellers to charge Absolutely Absurd shipping costs. I ship all over the US and i know the rates. They tack on so much more it should be a crime. A way for them to make more money! Stay away at all costs!

LiveAuctionWorld works much better with real-time text messages of bidding updates during auction close. Its just not practical for me to sit and watch the HiBid site online for the hours each auction takes.

It was pretty easy to find what I wanted, and keeping an eye on things was easy with the watchlist.

The only problem I had was after I won stuff. I couldn’t figure out how to look at an invoice, or at least a list of items I’d won.

Didnt get email notifications until about 12 HOURS after the end of the aution..Not sure what the point is by then.

Some auctioneers set the soft close time to more than 4 minutes, which wastes my time. I hope you can set the soft close time to one minute. Some auctioneers have set my bidding limit to 1,000 USD. Given my many years of a 100% payment record, I am very dissatisfied with this.

The site is easy to navigate and informative. Vendors are helpful if you have questions and most times can be reached with a quick call or email reply.

Bidding process was very easy. Prices good and pick up of items won was also very quick and easy. People assisting in the pickup were extremely helpful!

On 4/25/26 I won the bid (lot#11 ) on the 2014 ford escape for $2700 through GRITHUB LLC via Hibid. I called the phone number provided to the auction in Pacoima to see about picking up the car on Sunday and ask of they were open. A guy named Leo answered and told me that they were open and that I could go pick up the car but to wait for him to call me back before I went to get the car.
He never called on Sunday so I didn't go.
On 4/27/26 I called to see if they were open and advised them I was heading their way to pick up the car.
I then get a phone call from Atlanta GA from a guy by the name of Isaac telling me that the reserve was not met of $3,200 so I didn’t really win the car; I was only the last bidder.
No reserve was set on the car during the auction so this was news to me. Isaac assured me that the charge of $2,700 would not go through and since I did not get an invoice the bid did not go through.

This whole thing seemed shady to me after the phone call because I let them know that I was going to pay cash.

$3200 is exactly $500 more than my bidding price I won online. I figured I would pay $3200 for everything required to pay, buyer fee of 10% and taxes, not an additional $500 on top of everything.

I wanted to have my items shipped to me after I accidentally pushed I would pick the items up and then realized it is in CA and I am in Illinois. I tried to go in and change it to shipping and the HiBid would not allow me to change it to ship to my house. I have tried to call Mojave Collectables but do not get an answer. Can you help me get my items shipped to me???? Please call me 217-494-5986.

I have bid on auctions recently with Wittig Auctions who are some of the nicest, most helpful people I've ever met. Also bidded with Dave Kelley Auctions, Stemples Auctions, and Nestor's Auctions. They are all great people and great Auctions.

Still waiting for items to be shipped.

The website is not user friendly. I can't save favorite auctions. It is difficult to search for local auctions nearby.

Most of the auctioneers are con artists. Packages are not what you won. The 1& Only - Live and Online are the worst. Selling fake Jellycats as real. No place for reviews. No returns. No morals. Hi bid will do nothing to help. Scammers all of them!!!!!!!!
