Worst experience
I placed my first order in December, but after about a month it was cancelled and refunded. I then placed a second order in January, and the abaya only arrived almost in mid-March.
Considering the high price of the abaya, including shipping, I was also surprised to have to pay almost €40 in customs duties when it arrived. I ordered from Italy, so this significantly increased the overall cost.
Unfortunately, the abaya itself is not worth the money spent. The quality is quite mediocre, and the size 52 runs very small. There are also several loose threads from the stitching, which makes the finishing look poor.
For fairness, I should mention that I did receive a €7 refund, but overall the experience was disappointing considering the long wait, the extra customs charges, and the quality of the product.
