Ordered from Hidden Botanics for all my bridal party flowers
The quality of the flowers are amazing
The only quibble was my order was delayed and caused me to worry by reading some bad reviews. So when I contacted them a few times and did not get a reply to any of my messages I panicked and raised a dispute with my bank. They did contact me the following day and the order was then immediately processed and sent out that day. It’s such a shame as had I known they were waiting for supplies I would have happily waited a little longer.

Having said that I am over the moon with them and can’t wait for my big day to arrive so everyone can see them.

For anyone considering buying a dried flower bouquet from one of the many websites - I’d avoid using Hidden Botanics or at least approach with caution.

I ordered my own bouquet & some bouquets and flower crowns for my bridesmaids (which turned out fine) however, I cant say the same for my bouquet.

The company took weeks to dispatch my order, eventually I had to prompt them for an update and in the end only gave me half of the bouquet I actually ordered.

Unfortunately it’s too late for me to return the bouquet I ordered now (my fault as I spent weeks trying to work out what was wrong with it) but it off they haven’t responded to my email about the issue for almost a week.

I know it’s risky buying bouquets online however, they did have a good write up and seemed exactly what I wanted.

Disappointing to say the least.

Absolutely horrendous. Please avoid!

I ordered a custom bundle around a beautifully pictured bridal bouquet (almost £700). The flowers which turned up were absolutely horrific quality - tied together with cable ties and electrical tape! The colours were completely wrong. The leaves used in the photos were long stemmed eucalyptus and the ones I recieved had some cheap bright green and very fake looking leaves.

I emailed my concerns and after a considerably delay in their replies, they suggested they re make them and send me photos along the way to address the issues. After again a considerable delay, photos were sent and they were still not up to standard or matched the photos online. At this point I requested to return and for them to issue a full refund.

After waiting another few days for the return address, I returned and heard nothing for a week. After chasing (again!) I was told the refund had been processed (27th August) and would take 5-7 working days. It’s now 3 weeks later and I’m yet to receive my money back. It’s absolutely ridiculous the stress caused by this company. They should not be allowed to trade and market their business the way they do - it is all so false. The reality is far from how amazing their website and socials look.

I have been left with no choice but to write this review in hopes of my refund actually making it to me.

Please please please avoid like the plague.

NO CHANGE TO THE DESIGN DESPITE MY REVIEW - £60 INCREASE IN PRICE IN 2 YEARS!!
I have emailed regards the bouquets I received for my daughter’s wedding. I would rather have not shared this publicly, however, as I have had no response to the email, and then a Facebook message, I have been left with no option. My daughter was sorting her bridal bouquet the night before the wedding and it stained her hands red and also the ribbon tying them together. We had to remove the offending flowers, the trailing bits, as it would have been a disaster if these had touched her dress. This bouquet was clearly not fit for purpose! The bridesmaids bouquets were not as spread out as in the photos, and not being a florist, I was loathe to play about with them. They were all different though should have been the same. After ordering I was sent a voucher for 25% off large bridal bouquet, which couldn’t be used against other items. Pointless when that was part of my original order! I will say that even with the trailing bits removed my daughter’s bouquet looked stunning in the photos, but wasn’t what she ordered. This poor review is due to the total lack of customer service which is unacceptable, especially when I was alerting the seller to something that could have been a disaster.

Paid extra to get shipped before wedding last minute. Never arrived and delivery proof is just a photo of the box.

Refused to investigate with Royal Mail or refund me.

I was really worried after reading negative reviews and people not getting their flowers in time etc... But honestly I got my three bouquets today and they are stunning. The two bridesmaids bouquets are perfectly identical and mine is just a little bit bigger but just as the pictures. Yes they are delicate (obviously....they're dried flowers) so bits do come off them. I ordered the completely dried flowers and received no faux flowers in mine at all which I was worried about. Yes there are a couple of stems dyed but I will varnish the stems so there will be no ink run off. Overall I'm absolutely thrilled with them and don't understand the negative reviews.. not sure if it's relevant but I do live in the UK so they maybe didn't have as far to travel.

I only looked at the reviews for Hidden Botanics after I had already placed my order for my bouquets and button holes for my wedding. It was a custom order and I tried to cancel my order because i felt so nervous after reading all the poor reviews online. They refused to cancel and refund my order at the time, and I decided to see how they arrived and changed the delivery date so i had plenty of time to arrange alternatives if needed. I read a lot of bad reviews about the dried flowers especially but the look i wanted was all artificial so I thought they might not be a problem. From when they started making my bouquets the experience was very good. Debora was so helpful - she sent me lots of pictures of my bouquets and we had lots of emails back and forth until I was happy with them. They arrived well packaged and in good condition. Some of the flowers arrived a bit dusty / marked but nothing you could see from a far. We just had our wedding and they looked brilliant - the colours were really striking and I am glad I went for artificial in the end so they didn’t wilt all day and me and my bridesmaids can keep them. Overall I am very happy with the outcome and glad we used the company despite the initial worry when i read reviews and couldn’t cancel

Awful customer service. Awful! They have been ignoring my messages and did not deliver the order. Now they are refusing to refund me. And trying to deceive me as a customer. They say that they are not allowed to refund me even though I did not receive my product. I will be reporting them to the trading authorities.

I would give them less than half a star if I could. Working with this company has been nothing short of a disaster. They improperly stocked my supplies, delivered my products late and did not include over 72% of my centerpiece florals. They are being extremely difficult to communicate with, trying to convince me that a refund for just the missing stems is suitable, despite being promised a cohesive vision for my flowers. I spent nearly $3K on flowers for my wedding and am now scrambling to find alternatives just days before my wedding. AVOID! They now "re-branded" to Eirini Flower Boutique @Eiriniflowerboutique on Instagram but it appears they now have two Instagrams for both business -- AVOID!

I ordered wedding flowers from Hidden Botanics in January for a September delivery, with only very minor tweaks to a standard design (change of colour on a few stems).

At the time, everything seemed fine — the website looked professional and the arrangements were lovely.

However, when I recently tried to get in touch via email, my message bounced back. That was the first red flag. I then started reading more reviews and became really concerned about the quality of the flowers, how customer issues were handled, and how many people seemed to have had a similar experience to what I was starting to go through.

I decided I no longer wanted to go ahead with the order. I did eventually get hold of them through their website. Given that it was still months away from delivery and production hadn’t begun, I thought a refund would be reasonable. But they refused, saying the order was “bespoke” and therefore non-refundable — despite the changes being minimal and the materials reusable, which constitutes a business risk. I don’t believe that’s in line with consumer law. I also asked what assurances they could give if the flowers arrived and were not the same quality as advertised (as obviously that would = misrepresentation and I would want a refund) - no assurances were given, I was just told that as they're individual pieces, they can't guarantee them being the same. I imagine this is the excuse for all the poor people who have received poor quality artangements for their wedding. When I shared the whole debacle with my bank, the worker laughed as it sounded so ridiculous that they wouldn't refund on work not yet begun!

I’ve now had to begin a chargeback process and will be reporting this to Trading Standards. It’s really disappointing to have this kind of stress in the lead-up to a wedding. I wouldn’t recommend them — especially if peace of mind and reliable service are important to you!

I honestly feel nervous leaving a bad review, I initially ordered really quickly because they made me feel like there would be no space left if I waited. I was really hopeful after receiving my final pictures showing the bouquet. It looked fine and the colours were what I had requested but when I got it in person the flowers were fraying, dusty, squished and had holes in them. I would never recommend you purchase from them. They also have a returns policy that doesn’t align with UK standards, it’s literally against the law. They refused my return and I was lucky enough that my bank dispute was successful so I did get my money back. The happy bride guarantee is a load of bs, don’t be fooled. Please look somewhere else where the flowers are actually a reasonable price and better quality, these plastic ones looked like they were from temu and smelled awful.

Confirming other reviews that this “company” is a scam. Pressured me into booking as quickly as I could to secure a date to have my wedding florals in time, and then only after I emailed three or four times did I hear back from them. Nothing according to contract, no input on materials, I just received a photo of the lowest quality bouquet I’ve ever seen in my life, that barely looked like the inspiration photos I sent. Nothing like their photos online (turns out they’re stealing their images from a florist in California). They refused a refund because “they custom ordered my materials”. Don’t fall for their scam like I did!

Wow I wish I'd read all the reviews on here before spending £150+ on my wedding bouquet. It looked like something from Temu. Absolutely shameful. I'm still chasing my refund a month later.

I ordered my wedding flowers well in advance and emailed them some questions which they promptly answered. I then looked on Trustpilot and saw the abundance of bad reviews and because I was understandably worried, I asked them for some reassurance. They offered to send the main bouquet for me to look at all. Two days later, the whole order arrived which I now realise is a good ploy on their part as they will now make me try and pay 30% to take their awful flowers back. If you are looking to order for your wedding, I would recommend going elsewhere. The bouquet I ordered wasn't as bad as I was expecting and may be salvageable but the buttonholes and corsage are absolutely awful and nothing as depicted online. This company is clearly a scam company and are not phased by the bad reviews or indeed ruining an aspect of someones wedding. Shameful really and I will be seeking advise from Citizens Advice as, now they have delivered the order, the customer service is non-existent. For reference, we ordered the Ranunculus and Thistle package.

What I got and what I ordered are totally different. Don’t even look the same total difference in quality and wish I hadn’t spent the money. It was supposed to be a beautiful hair comb for my wedding with Vintage flowers.

Flowers did not arrive on time. They were supposed to arrive early April but didn’t come until the 24th… when we had already left for our wedding.

The order was correct but far from the stunning photos used online and useless as we couldn’t even use them.

Tried to contact them twice the week before the wedding and got no response so luckily I ordered flowers from elsewhere, but obviously I’m now out of pocket.

Waiting for a response regarding a refund but not holding out much hope

Absolute scam of a company, flowers were nothing like photos. I have emailed and called and been fobbed off and ignored time and time again. The return policy is a disgrace.

The flowers are NOT as represented on the website. Poor quality, small, and different colours (terrible fake green dye used on the dried foliage). Photos are clearly taken using a filter and not representative of actual size. Any refund is minus 30% of your order value which is clearly the business model because I don’t think anyone actually keeps these for their wedding.

Delivery times also way longer than stated. Time will tell how good to refund process is because there is no way these aren’t going back. DONT DO IT!

I had a terrible experience with this company and wouldn’t advise to order. I initially contacted them on instagram to ask how to see the flowers, they told me to order and see which ones I would like. What they didn’t tell me upfront was that they have a 30% restocking fee.

The flowers themselves were very poor quality and smelt really bad. I live in London and the bouquets were squashed into a box so came out in a weird shape.

They did offer to send new versions but I was so put off that I definitely did not want them for my wedding flowers so opted for a refund minus the 30%. Their customer service very much felt like a cut and paste and wasn’t engaging with the key point of my email - that whilst I understand they have policies, they should be upfront with customers about their returns policy if advising them to order flowers to try. After paying for the return and chasing two weeks later, my refund was finally processed.

I feel lucky that I only lost £70 - as I could have gone all in based on their online photos and lost much more or be left with low quality flowers. But will never recommend these to anyone!

Some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced, do not recommend them AT ALL. Over a month after ordering and no flowers have arrived (or been dispatched) despite numerous promises from the team and despite me constantly chasing for updates. I've emailed every day for the last week and had no response since 4th April. It's now 14th April. I've also phoned every day and left voicemails and nobody has called me back.

Finally ordered a chargeback through my card company so I can leave this stress behind. I'm appalled at the lack of communication.

People are stressed enough prepping for a wedding without having to deal with this. Avoid them at all costs!
