Ordered item in January, when it arrived it did not work
After sending numerous emails (whereby they kept saying they sent the right item) they offered £2.00 refund! Complete p**S take!

Since then they offered £5.00, I settled for that because I was getting no where. Low and behold that was a month ago and nothing

PayPal were no help either

Do not purchase this item and do not give these scam artists your money!

Bought brush. Not delivered. Repeatedly told it was in transit. Contacted PayPal. Brush sent. A brush which broke immediately it is such poor quality.

I would have liked to have chosen no stars. My product has taken many weeks to arrive and when I asked for a refund due to non delivery a few weeks after placing order I was advised the product was in transit. This was clearly untrue as it was then a few weeks later that I got the notification that my product was on it's way. Terrible service

Ordered a hair brush back in January never received anything, opened a case with PayPal, they closed it in their favour due to the tracking saying delivered! Royal mail has confirmed that the tracking number is not linked to my address but cannot put anything into writing! Awful, it has put me off buying anything on Facebook, even with PayPal you have zero protection!

I ordered a hair straightener in January they took my money the same.day I have never received the item I paid for ,I have emailed.them on numerous. Occasions but no response it seems I've been scammed out of my money with nothing to show for it ,don't buy from this company.pany is all I can say horrendous when you pay for something in good faith

Horrendous company- DO NOT BUY. I ordered a hairbrush at £19.99, it arrived, but does not work. Emailed the company and they did reply but just keep saying 'we sent you the right item' . Given up with emailing them now and will be raising with my credit card company. As others have said a complete scam.

Ordered hairbrush off Facebook paid £19.99 never revived the item. Opened PayPal dispute and they sent a tracking number saying it has been delivered. It has not at all. PayPal closed case is their favour. They have done this to so many people and get away with it. Scam company

UPDATE; I opened a PayPal dispute and last minute this company responded and provided a tracking number for the item to PayPal. When I track the item is says it was delivered on 6th Feb which is absolutely not the case!!!

This company is an absolute scam! I paid 20.59 for a brush which arrived.(so much for them advertising it at 19.99 with free delivery ) The box was damaged the brush doesn't heat up. They asked for pics which I sent showing the brush on its highest setting with my whole hand over it! THEY THEN ASKED ME IF I WOULD ACCEPT £3!! I REPLIED ABSOLUTELY NOT AND THAT I FOUND THEIR OFFER TOTALLY INSULTING!! I will be taking this a lot further!!
Have sent them loads of further emails. They don't even have the decency to reply! ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS!! Waiting for my bank to get back to me.

Ordered hair brush 10 January and since then heard nothing unless I got in touch with them. After twice contacting them when they insisted my item was on it's way I then got in touch with pay pal. Amazingly I received my hair brush a couple of days later. When it arrived the box was bruised and battered and as expected the brush does not work. This is a scam so please do not purchase from them I've learnt my lesson.

DONT USE I recieved my item it was very poor quality it looked nothing like in the picture. I' ve emailed them many times to ask for an address to send it back but they haven't bothered to reply. It was a complete waste of money.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I recently purchased an item from this company which did actually arrive. Unfortunately it was not suitable for my needs. I contacted them but email to ask for their return address and for a refund. They have not sent me neither. I have constantly emailed them and even sent pictures of the item (as they requested) but to no avail.
Now when I email it is returned incorrect email address which I know is the correct one. Very bad service. Will certainly not be ordering from them again.

Please do not buy from this company I saw ad on Facebook and ordered I paid £23.99 received the item that don't even turn on. Customer service is very poor they refuse to send me new item or full refund. THEY OFFERED £3 AS A COMPENSATION. Even though I send a video as a proof.

Contacted company regarding hair brush bought on Facebook they sent me a tracking order saying delivered but I have recevied nothing total scam will contact PayPal

Ordered Professional Electric Hair Straightener & Curler from ad on Facebook. All the comments looked real about buying product, some even had photos of product in their home. The site stated free shipping and price was £19.99. When I checked bank account later the amount was £20.59 and company name came up AIYTECH. I have since looked this company up and everywhere says its a scam. I have asked for order to be cancelled but not getting my hopes up.
