High 5 casino allows you to obtain more daily rewards, the more money you spend, they also claim to gift you free SC for any friend who joins that uses your invite link. What they don't tell you, is that at any point for any reason, they can take those rewards away. They also don't tell you that even if your invited friend has a "qualifying purchase" they do NOT have to give you any SC. And when they screw you over, well good luck getting ahold of anyone. I've complained about numerous thing including game glitches that have stolen my SC and have only been met with at the most AI bots that lead to empty emails. Never have I ever received and email from an actual person any of the times I've tried reaching out to them.... I'm also fairly positive that there games are rigged, punishing the player when the bet is raised and rewarding the player when the bet is dropped... I spend well over $1000 to prove this on the wheel game that ultimately glitched out and has remained broken for months now, again, regardless of me sending emails explaining the issues... I give there lack of communication 0 stars and there ability to do what ever they want regardless of there supposed offers and rewards 0 stars....

I'm very dissatisfied and disappointed with this site..When I finally decide to verify everything with that went well. Al of this what I'm gonna share happen within minutes of each other today. I bought a coin package because it was a great deal an I never really played on this site...only with bonus coins. But after I purchased the coin package an picked my slot to play on I got a message on the site saying my account is restricted contact customer service. How is my account restricted when I've only played in High 5 maybe a few times? An how is it restricted when I just went through a verification process that I passed bye the way. An I can't get in touch with anyone!! Nobody is replying or saying anything!! Someone needs to reach out to me ASAP...Especially Since I spent my money an Can't Play anything!!

They waited until I won then confiscated my funds and said I had multiple accounts which is false! Why would I have multiple accounts I’m not blocked or banned then. Feel scammed I’ve been playing for over 2 years and they wait until I win then close my account and take the winnings. Contacted support I get no more responses. No phone number to actually get any help

I've always liked them, but now the single playthrough is making them my favorite. Very good RTP and lightening fast payouts make for a great experience.

I wouldnt play here. Most of their games are in house games which are developed by them with absolutely no regulating authority over them due to the "sweeps" loophole. I literally just watched my balance go from 200SC to 0 doing 1 dollar spins and I am being dead serious here..did not hit a single line pay or bonus, just 200 dead spins. I've been playing at High 5 for several years now, it used to be a good site! You could win some and also loose some. The payout time was a few days which wasn't so bad, but here lately, they have hired a new processor for redemptions. The verification process must be done with each redemption. Send in front & back of id.Front picture and right & left profile! I have no idea what that's all about. You can't submit a saved picture it has to be on their camera, but the catch is there's a big bar code that prevents you from getting a good picture. I've spoken with several representatives via email and all I get is a scripted response. Very sad situation and I've been waiting 4 days to request my redemption because of the run around. I might add when you speak with a rep, it's NEVER the one who responded to you,smdh. I used to enjoy this site but, all good things come to an end! It's time for me to move on, but only after I redeem my winnings! High 5 you definitely need to do better!

After over a year of loyalty and daily log ins I got under thca and it was 3 am accidentally hit google instead of my apple and suddenly stuck in gold coins I messaged customer support and they told me I was banned and my sc was confiscated I had money in my intended account and the one I messed up on logging in I hate this style of casino that looks for any reason to ban high rank or high winning players I am so disappointed and have lost lots of money be warned the will find a reason oh and the funny part one was a non sc app on a phone called same thing the website is the one that’s a fake casino app hurting peoples pockets and making them homeless
