These guys along with LuckyBitsvegas used to be pretty awesome. Then the owners wife got involved in the business and utterly destroyed it with greed, lies, BS and all around tragically awful decisions. Now they have:

- Aworthless daily
-Even more worthless VIP
-Terrible bonuses
-Absolutely NO gratitude to loyal and paying players
-Slow awful website all around
-Pure garbage house games (literally all are completely trash and lie about their RTP so obviously it hurts)...

and best of all...

-They dont pay out and will ban you for whatever reason they decide to make up to do so to avoid pay outs.

Oh... And they banned the guy on reddit who runs the sweeps casino sub reddit thats the biggest one instead of pay out his obviously decent size referrals bonus. Such a trash company now. I have been writing AMOE requests to High 5 Casino for over a year and have become increasingly frustrated with the lack of communication regarding my submissions. Whenever I reach out for assistance, I receive the same generic response, with no clear information about the status of my AMOE entries.

I have carefully reviewed the platform’s AMOE rules and guidelines multiple times to ensure that I am following all requirements correctly. As far as I can tell, my submissions meet the stated guidelines, yet I have not received any meaningful explanation or resolution.

Well, I was enjoying myself playing slots and I started winning. Soon after I started winning, they kicked me off the slot I was playing and told me I needed to submit photo front and back of my ID card and a selfie. Well I attempted to do that several times but their automated system kept rejecting my government issued tribal ID card. Keep in mind that the system they use goes through the KYC verification. My tribal ID is listed as accepted forms of identification on the KYC website. Well after their system refusing my ID, I submitted a support ticket to their verification department requesting a manual review by an authorized supervisor or manager and received a generic response each time telling me to go through the automated system. High 5 casino is discriminating against native Americans and tribal identification cards by refusing to comply with the KYC guidelines that it claims to go by. This is unacceptable behavior from high 5 casino!

Okay, so I've done pretty good on this site. However, lately something has changed. First, I gotta say, it's IMPOSSIBLE to get hold of customer service. I did two cashouts and both were paid but then my account was placed on an "internal review" and I have no idea why. I have tried to contact them via email and social media over 10 times and NOT ONE RESPONSE. I'm not sure what is going on but it's not a good look. I've won the site, so that's not an issue, but the communication and the locking of my account is crazy.

Absolute liars. At one time this site was good it has not been for quite sometime. They “ claim “ 96% payback NOT more like 69%. They cannot back this statement. From what I understand they are having financial difficulties and that is why you cannot win! Don’t waste your time or money. Try MODO or Mr. Luck these sites you actually have a clean shot. Well the initial sign up was fine, everything went smoothly I was done and ready to go in under 15/20 mins. Then they HAVE to do a MANUAL verification on top of the already auto approved one (Because apparently even they don't trust their automation. Except when it's their only form of customer service, the one that SHOULD have a real person.) Anyway so I couldn't do anything (no buying, no playing anything including play money) except claim my dailies until they did their manual verification. Well that took 9 days (it should absolutely not take any extensive amount of time to look at 2 photos. It takes <5 secs I've done the same crap before you can do thousand+ an hr. It's 90% pure laziness and not giving a damn, 8% under employment, 1% just being a dik and 1% misc) so by then all the starter offers had expired and on top of it I've been unable to hit anything above like $2 a couple times on $0.20-1 bets, all kinds of dud bonuses. But so far I'm down $300+ and still absolutely no response from a real person on multiple platforms (the AI will repeatably tell me "it's a shame I couldn't buy because of the wait"and then proceed to tell me "I should have bought them in a more timely manor," 🤬.)
