Permanently closed my account without warning for using a VPN, which I use… everyday… for cybersecurity… with many other companies. Rediculous policy and breach of their T&Cs. Do not use this site! I joined Highbet and participated in their welcome offer for deposit £10 wager £10 and receive 50 free spins. I completed all steps to do this but this was informed I cannot receive spins as I opted in after deposit. Even though I hadn’t wagered yet. I was only to find this out after wagering and lost the initial £10. Their customer service left me hanging for 5 days before an unpleasant response. Other sites out of good grace have honoured such mistake or missing an opt in with still giving the free spins. These guys are not for their customers. Stay away!

Fraudulent outfit
Whilst playing Slingo Fire & Ice on their website, I completed the Fire board which came with a £500 jackpot, in line with my stake(s).
Unfortunately, upon board completion, there was no option to collect the £500 nor was it automatically credited to my account balance. At this point, only £40 was showing as collectable.
Raised this matter via their online live chat facility and was advised my issue had been forwarded on to their "Technical Specialists" team for an urgent investigation and conclusion.
Whilst away for a response, I kept the in-play game open (having already taken screenshots depicting the status of my game, which duly had been provided to Highbet via live chat).
Chased them up after 30 minutes or so but still no response.
I was then advised my issue had been passed to their Promotions team. I understandably queried this as it wasn't a promotional issue I had raised as a concern. The agent eventually corrected herself to say it had been forwarded to their TS team.
After 2 1/2 hours of keeping the in-play game open, I was automatically timed out of the game and only £40 was credited to my account balance.
I raised this matter with them again via live chat, asking to be connected to a technical specialist, but unsurprisingly this was not possible (aye right!). I asked if the team was still working but was told by the agent she was unable to check. How convenient.
Sent Highbet an email, with evidence of the issue encountered yesterday, early this morning but needless to say I have yet to receive a response.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
Edit: After several more correspondences with the company via email and their online live chat facility, I am still waiting for my case to be concluded and for my legitimately won £500 to be finally given to me.
