So as a new player I deposited multiple times on this site to play one game a medium volatility game which I've played on many sites and it did pretty much nothing but dead spin, I was able to win like 3 times but it was only 1=4x my bet in the multiple times I deposited I had like 32 bonuses of which 30 paid 0x and 1 paid 0.5x and the other 3x on top of that I had hundreds and hundreds dead spins. Joined for the 50 free spins welcome offer. I deposited my £20 and wagered it, no free spins. I asked support and was told to wait 24 hours, fair enough. Finally after 48 hours they got back to me a told me I didn't opt into the welcome offer which I know is 100% false. Luckily I had done quite well with my £20 wager and was able to withdraw ok.
