Highborn products are beyond amazing. My skin feels incredible and the serums are a must.
Although you may find these products expensive, you only need a small amount so last a long time.

Brought tinted moisturiser on subscribe without realising, contacted highborn who said they would refund within 5-7 days, two and a half weeks later and a number of emails chasing them... nothing. In the end I had to contact PayPal to get my money back... Disappointing Highborn.

Good customer service and products arrived within a few days. I love using the facial serums and creams. They make my face feel so silky smooth and are definitely helping with the fine lines and the dark circles under my eyes.

Absolutely love these products. This is my third cycle of ordering. I have also ordered the cute holiday set.
I use the cleanser, toner, serum, eye gel, moisturiser (day and night) and the lip balm.
What I love, is that it absorbs well, I have no spots or skin irritations which was common with other products.
My skin feels well cared for, this includes my neck and decoupage. The containers are recyclable which is also a bonus. Customer care is personalised and Highborn and its founder Tracey really care about my whole experience and offer me regular discounts. The products last longer than most so to me in difficult financial times they are affordable.

I absolutely adore the Organic Age Defying Facial oil.
I am part of a coaching programme that inspires and helps over 100 women (to date) and growing. This weekend I will be sharing my HighBorn experience to date. It’s not just the results of the product it’s about the whole experience of self care, organic products and mostly the whole honest intention to help others.

Overall my experience hasn’t been bad - o got the goods and they look great -expensive and I love glass packaging ..
however I did think the overal collection is waaaay overpriced for what they are .. yes it’s all good natural stuff but we now know science and just slapping on natural extracts of some plants won’t make much difference to actual wrinkles / skin texture etc so for what it is - it is overpriced .. good thing they offer huge discounts - but why price it so high that you have to offer huge discounts .. tell you what - if I bought it at given price and then saw discounts other clients are having - o would be very very annoyed ..
Products- so far tried 2 .. eye gel (. It sure if it does anything , what it actualy fees - like tingling and acidy sensation in my under eye area..?! Should I be alarmed and stop using it ? Probably ..
another one is tinted moisturiser - love the concept and colour and what it looks like , un fortunately I have to put a lot of normal moisturiser on my face before using this tinted moisturiser - because if I use it as moisturiser - it completely dries my skin and leaves weird residue on my face .. I tried primer under it - didn’t work , didn’t glide as expensive moisturiser would and should .. and in fact started to roll bits of my face in my hand.. eeek only when I tried using moisturiser - did it finally glided and settled on my face .. without looking like patchy dry mask .. not happy and would be furious if I paid the full price ! My skin is combination skin , I don’t get dry patches , just occasional dry feeling when I want a nice luxury feel of fluffy / gliding moisture cream .. so a bit disappointing but after paying the money I will use it with my moisturising cream ..

There is a lot of hype around this and it's an expensive thing to get drawn into but as I am always looking for something that will just feel nice and moisturise me properly, I went for it when it was heavily discounted. I'm in my late 40s with combination skin, getting more spots now than I did ever in my youth but very dry skin to the point I cannot wear foundation, concealer or tinted moisturiser without it peeling on my nose.
Now when things are heavily discounted, you know that they are overpriced to begin with.
The ads on instagram really irritate me apart from the really funny one that was taken from tiktok.
The ads the lady does about the serum being a little jar of sunshine are my most hated ones because the things she goes on about for the serum and the eye cream are contradictory and false. You can't stop bags, wrinkles and dark circles with eye cream, that's a fact. What you can do is moisturise the area to make it look a bit better, that's all you can do without surgery. But this lady is saying this moisturising eye cream is tightening up her skin (like it's a good thing) to make her eye area look better, not something that I would want as a plus, I don't want an eye cream to tighten my skin! Luckily she is completely lying and it is a lovely smelling moisturising eye cream. It doesn't work miracles, it just smells and feels lovely.
The serum is the same. It is a beautiful-smelling serum that goes on nicely. You have to follow with moisturiser after a few minutes as it isn't that moisturising (no serums are) but it does smell amazing. The two moisturisers that came in that pack (day cream and night cream) feel lovely going on but I felt dry about 10 minutes afterwards and found dry patches later on.
I would suggest a slightly cheaper alternative for moisturising creams and try superfacialist. Their night time retinol one is lovely.

I bought the Imperial Eye Gel after watching videos of how brilliantly it worked. I watched the video of how to apply it and unfortunately for me it didn’t do a single thing to change anything. I was incredibly disappointed with the product. I have given it plenty of chance to work as I religiously applied it every morning and night as suggested and now the product is finished. What I have noticed is that all of the videos of customers stating how wonderful it is already had no problems with dark circles etc. The female who is in the demonstration of how to apply is young!! I didn’t have circles under my eyes or wrinkles when I was that young. I have very few wrinkles now as I am a lot older. Sorry to say this product did not do a single thing for me. I wasted my money totally and therefore cannot recommend it

Excellent products and excellent customer service.

The returns policy was easy and quick. The goods I had bought were still under the published guarantee. It was just a shame the particular product didn’t suit my skin. I shall continue to use the cleanser, serum, eye cream, and moisturisers ( day and night), as these work really well.

Highborn orders arrive promptly and are beautifully packaged. I just bought their 3 lip glosses package. I love all 3 colours. They are really lovely to apply. I've been delighted with all the products I've bought. I also love the ethos behind this small, family run business. I received a card from the CEO thanking me for my purchases - how lovely is that?
