I love the night elixir and imperial moisturiser - they're really great quality moisturisers for older skin.

The eye cream rather unwisely contains fragrance and caused severe irritation but I emailed Highborn and they refunded me.
Skin around eyes is so sensitive - why not make this product without fragrance?

I'm really looking for a high quality day cream with SPF30 after my beloved Face Theory one has been put into unsuitable packaging. Sadly the Highborn one has some off-putting reviews so I haven't taken the risk of trying theirs yet. If it's as good as their day and night moisturisers that would be perfect!

Subscription system is very difficult to use.

The endless emails and marketing are a bit much. I received a "handwritten" note which I suspect is photocopied, and contains a spelling mistake, presumably to make it look more convincing. Why not divert all this marketing effort into improving products and subscription system?

Overall, still my favourite skin care company just for the 2 great moisturisers.

I use Highborn all the time now. Skin never better.
I'm 78,,so that's saying something when I've tried most of the best skills care you can buy. This is natural, that's the trick. Eye cream the Best...Night Elixir....I could go on. Very expensive for me. But my happiness is worth it!

Skin feels amazing after a couple of weeks using Highborn products. Has definitely made a difference during my cancer medication treatment which takes a toll on skin and hair. The shampoo and conditioner are both very good too leaving my hair more shiny, fuller, softer and more manageable.

I wanted to change my beauty routine and decided to give the new smaller companies a go. Highborn is a success for me my skin feels softer looks brighter and healthier. Some creams don't seem to hydrate for long but with Highborn my skin feels good right to my next clean. I like the website, the stories and the guarantees but most of all the products (I've not used them all yet but I'm confident now to try). I will be using them again.

Absolutely love Highborn skincare products.
Started using them last year and the difference in my skin condition is visible.
They last ages as well as you only need a little and it goes a long way.

Products smell delicious but not sure after more than a year how effective? Poor response to comments three times, got AI response! Not how a so called caring company should respond. I find the aggressive marketing is off putting, no sooner do I send an order than another offer comes in!

Have only ever had positive experience with Highborn London , so very surprised to read any negative reviews . As a family run , UK business that supports breast cancer research through their consistent donations , what to be so sceptical about . Yes , occasionally few glitches in supplies , as these are batch made , quality products but surely, anyone who has actually tried them , can’t be anything other than super pleased by the quality , feel and benefits . I don’t receive anything for saying this , I just love the company , the products , the tenacity and strength of their founder Tracey Broadway and their endeavours to give something back . Keep up the good work

Highborn London are an excellent company, I had an issue with one of the jars & they replaced it straight away. The staff assisted me quickly & were professional. Their products are amazing & the best skincare there is.

Lovely products but be careful to select correctly if you choose the subscription system. They're very good about sorting things out.

My order arrived perfectly packaged and beautifully presented. I’d seen advertised and thought I’d give a try as I’m a skincare junky. Very impressed by the set I received and have set up a subscription so I have a good idea if it working. Textures of all items are beautiful. Thank you.

Don't waste your money girls . They don't want to know either when your not happy with the product. It had made my skin so dry and awful. No difference to five pound drug store day and night cream. Shame really because I had high hopes because of the back story
