Ordered product to be given as a gift. I immediately received an email saying that I needed to reply with the word “Yes” if my shipping address was correct 😶 I took this as an attempt to engage me, so I didn’t reply. I then received a further 8 marketing emails over the next 24 hours! I attempted to unsubscribe and also emailed asking them to remove my details from their systems, after which I received further “AI” emails confirming this would be done. I then received further emails asking if the customer service responses were helpful! JUST STOP EMAILING ME 😶 It’s like having a stalker….
I would suggest avoiding this company unless you want to be inundated. I have no idea whether the products are any good, and no desire to find out.
Another aspect that felt like a bit of a scam was that, immediately after the purchase, an offer came up for me to buy another with a bigger discount. I didn’t do this and then received a message to say that “I never need to pay full price again- every purchase will be at 50% discount”. I think this was some kind of subscription. It all really annoyed me if I’m honest- the whole process from beginning to end. Looking forward to actually receiving the item so that I can then block any future emails….

The products are so good I have really notice a difference in my skin
And received a lovely hand written letter from the ceo thanking me for my loyalty I can highly recommend Holborn skin products

Order hasn’t even been dispatched some days later, despite what can only be described as a ‘rambling-fantasy-filled’ shipping email.

The only email replies are AI generated. Just repeating the same meaningless nonsense over and over again.

Their ‘rewards points’ system isn’t fit-for-purpose, displaying the (correct) number of points in the shopping cart only to give much less after payment is made.

Clearly these people care only about revenue and nothing about customers or their own products.

Stop with the utter drivel, the world is filled with BS as it is.
Customers just want clear, straightforward communication from a real person and the products they paid for.
The whole thing feels like a scam.

I am a new customer to Highborn and am currently trying out several products. I was drawn to the company (via Instagram) by their ethos and Tracey's story. So far I am very impressed! The products feel wonderful on my fairly sensitive skin and I have had several comments about how 'well' I look. Thanks Highborn for making an almost 70-year old feel good about herself again!

I have used Highborn London for 2 years now and never looked back. Mainly for my puffy under eye and this works a treat for me. I also just been diagnosed with cancer and your skin is truly dehydrated and this product has helped me immensly, I dont know what I would do with out it thank you so much.

Absolutely love the medium tinted moisturiser I I recently received from you. I was worried it might be too dark, but it complements my slightly yellow / fair skin tone perfectly. Great silky/ satin finish.

I’ve been wanting to try HBL for a year or more now but due to the high price I didn’t, however when a couple of deals came up over Christmas I decided to take the plunge and then discovered that they offer subscription which lowers the price for regular customers….great!
The products look so gorgeous and luxurious I couldn't wait for them to arrive!
I bought two sets of the 4 piece daily skincare, cleanser & toner, the glow moisturiser, two different shades of tinted moisturisers, the lip gloss set, mascara and superior lip balm!
It’s very early days, only been using the products for a couple of weeks but I am really enjoying them, they feel lovely on the skin and all of the products are absorbed so quickly which I love, no greasy feeling left on the face which isn’t pleasant, you also don’t need to use a lot of product because they do what they say they will, my skin feels soft and well hydrated…I am very happy!
I haven’t tried the glow mosturiser yet but will as soon as the weather gets a little warmer I’ll be well covered due to the good SPF protection, or the mascara yet but the lip glosses are lovely with a great colour payoff, more like a liquid lipstick, only used the lighter of the two tinted moisturisers but that’s lovely and protective too, I’m sure the other will be perfect for summer so all in all I’m super happy and will definitely be trying the rest of the brand!

The products I bought for my skin were first class. The over-marketing of these products and the company is a bit annoying, but I give them a thumbs up for their provision of very good skin care.

I’m a new customer to Highborn (only a couple of weeks) but I will say that the products I have bought are holding up to what they say on the tin. My skin feels so hydrated, smoother and I have a glow back.

I bought Highborn products believing the story of their founder that she came up with these products while battling cancer. I assumed that the products are without harmful ingredients. When I did check on Yuka app their moisturiser is marked as poor due to the harmful ingredients.
Once again false advertising got the better of me…

The delivery was quick. The tinted moisturiser is amazing too everything I have bought from highborn has been top quality 👌 so thank you I will keep buying from you again x

Decided to try Highborn after seeing it advertised on social media. I was starting to have problems with breakouts and discolouration on my skin, due to my age and was finding it was affecting my confidence. I had also had three lots of treatment for skin cancer, so the story of Highborn attracted me to the brand.

I had tried lots of other products, which, unfortunately had made things worse. Highborn has made such a difference, my skin in smoother and much brighter and the breakouts have stopped. I love it! I have knocked a star off, just because of the price, it is expensive and I do think this takes it out of the range of some people, which is a shame.

This time I receive the parcel very quick which I appreciate as last order it took ages and I didn't receive any sort of communication in the mean time. However, this time all good.

I’m really sad I’m having to post on here as it’s a last resort as the product quality and service in terms of delivery times have always been great but after I tried to purchase 3 items on a 3 for 2 offer a few weeks ago I can say the customer service hasn’t been great - i have no subscriptions and didn’t select any items on subscription but there was some technical issue - after emailing 15 times in total and chasing multiple times over the last week i am very disappointed and disheartened as this is still not resolved and no reply to my chaser email I sent Tuesday (now evening Sunday)

Beautiful product that leaves my lips feeling so wonderfully soft and nourished. I’ve been using the Highborn superior lip butter for a few years now, honestly wouldn’t use anything else it’s amazing! Also great value for money too as a little goes a long way, bonus 🤩

Gorgeous products, i have only been using the neck cream and moisturiser for a week but my skin has never felt so good. It isn’t tight when i wake up and its beautifully soft.
