I have been using Height for Hire for several years and have consistently found their customer service and overall company setup to be outstanding. From locating the right equipment to the excellent service provided by their staff, the experience has always been seamless and reliable.

We recently needed a 20-meter MEWP for motorway lighting work in Leeds and chose Height for Hire. The experience was exceptional! The treatment of SWAT since last Thursday has been nothing short of disgraceful.

The machine actually broke down , rang helpline which take you to a call centre in Ireland, the woman I spoke to was so rude and unhelpful, suggested she goes on a customer care course, just appalling

Great customer service and great machines

I hired a 20m cherry picker online for a roof repair. The process was straight forward. I met the support staff at the vehicle on the day and he talked me through the controls as it was my first time. The vehicle drove well and it allowed me to carry out my repairs. I returned it the following day as agreed and the process went smoothly. A little note to mention, as it was my first time I had forgotten the diesel tank was under the flatbed and not by the passenger door. I contacted customer services who was happy to help. A useful tip would be to put a sign under the flatbed to say " please put diesel here " would help. It would save time for both parties. Very happy with the company and will use them in the future when the need arises.
