Caithness workmanship & banter at its best.
Had Jordon and Richie round to install the broadband, great job - incredibly neat and tidy. All household utilities intact and Grade A Caithness banter! Thorough and polite, explained everything as they went along and summarised at the end. Great team.

Terrible connection
Terrible connection, it drops out all the time, like every 10 minutes if not more often. Impossible to make WhatsApp calls as the connection is just to poor fir an actual conversation. I spoke to a highland broadband worker a few weeks ago on my street and he had a look and told me he would get it looked at and would text me once he had an update. Still heard nothing.

Andrew has been a huge help in getting my VoIP up and running, very communicative and quick to resolve anything that came up.
I did experience a few initial issues with my set up, but Jasmine and Sam were on hand to help and support me through them. While this meant I couldn’t quite give a full 5 stars, the team members I’ve mentioned have all been fantastic and made the overall experience smooth and stress-free. They are an asset to the company!

I don't understand this voucher scheme…
I don't understand this voucher scheme and keep getting reminders to confirm my connection. I have sent several e-mails confirm but this is not acceptable , it seems , and they are threatening to cut me off. It would be stupid but the modern way of working seems to be a complicated one. I know I am happy why can't you accept that and move on.

Superb service on day of installation…
Superb service on day of installation after a long wait to get set up. Richard and Kenroy arrived 2 hours early and were polite, friendly, efficient and kept everything clean. All up and running in about 3 hours including digging 100m of trench for the cable.
