I have just had my installation done with zero hassel. Jordon and Ritchie were great. My memory is pretty bad and they were very patient. They actually cared about my plants too. Highly recommend Highland broadband from this experience alone, not only is the Internet amazing but the workers show you the utmost respect... they also offered to go out of their way to make it more beneficial for me. Not to mention they have great humour - Very pleased.

Extremely Unprofessional Installation
The actual installation was and remains today, an absolute eye sore. The young gents carrying out the installation are clearly incompetent and inexperienced. Unfortunately, I was not at home when they carried out this installation, but it is shocking. I will be logging a complaint, as the internal wiring and that on the external of the house is a disaster.

Absolutely FLAWLESS service

On the couple of occasions that I did have to get in touch, there's a UK representative to speak to within the first minute.
My service has been SOLID and uninterrupted during my first 2 years contract and I had no hesitation renewing!

With TalkTalk I could walk to the bottom of my back garden and still have connection to WiFi, with highland broadband I lose connection walking into my kitchen. Totally useless, wish I'd never swapped over
