Well what can you expect, from anything BA related. Ordered one item 10 days ago thinking it would be here in time for my trip abroad. But nothing. Delivery 3-5 working days it said. I emailed them enquiring where it was, given the usual crap, even though royal mail are causing problems, it has not even been dispatched yet, so another promise of 3-7 days....what a joke of a company BA has become.

Ordered goods to be delivered on a flight. Cabin Crew said not been loaded on. Took ages for someone to reply to me. Told me refund been issued. Checked with card provider still not been processed! Do not use ever!

Pathetic excuse, poor service.
I bought and paid for goods which were promised to have been delivered to me on the flight. I took the flight but received no goods. When I enquired the flight attendant assured me that "they never get loaded nowadays and they always have problems with this"
