To long before shipping. Have not gotten it yet.

Been ordering for a long time and in starting shipping took long but they listened customer service got thru and very happy now, best pre rolls of all time

Everything was all wrong and there’s nobody to talk to about it

I was skeptical with some of the reviews, since my order was out of stock, but their customer service has been in constant contact with me, to update my order and get my preference for the replacement. Finalized my order so fingers crossed it arrives, but the customer service team has been amazing.

Never would ship my order, refused to refund me.

Great quality guys! Yes they do take around 3-5 days but other then that its pretty cool! All time favorite gelato strain from High Mellow! 5/5!

Unfortunately, I had to give this company 1 star in order to write a review. This company is a scam. It’s been 3 weeks, and they have been lying about my order. They initially claimed there were issues with FedEx, so they switched to USPS and mentioned having a backlog of orders. All of this is untrue. I have saved all the messages where they stated that my package was sent and that I would receive a tracking number shortly, but that never arrived in my email. Most recently, they claimed my order was out for delivery, but that was also false. I have informed delivery set up, and nothing has been sent or even a label created. I want my money back; this is all a scam. I should have stuck with the company I usually order from. So sad I gave this company a try.

Scared I won’t get what I purchased doe to bad reviews

I never received my second order. I’ve emailed company multiple times still no response! Ridiculous.

It was sent fast, And just what I ordered

At first it was missing a few from my original package but their customer service was very prompt and cooperative. They handled my situation with a following shipment with what was missing. Very good customer support. I’ll definitely get it again if I can.

While my first experience with this company was less than impressive, they made up for it so I tested a second purchase and was much more impressed.

Love the website! It's so easy to order! Hate that other brands made it so difficult to get to checkout. The cbd flowers are pretty good! Also got my order on time.

I ordered some kind of flavored Juicy Kush Diamond Series, probably something tropical, what I received was a Watermelon Widow, normally I woulda been like, aw naw, but I ain't a Karen so I kept it, it's probably the best vape I ever bought! Not bc I fell in love w the watermelon flavor, but bc it's an excellent device! Keep up the great work Highmellow

Excellent customer service. I ordered two packman vapes and one didn't work, I contacted them today and already working on my replacement. The one that I did get that was working is amazing. Thanks
