The young lady that helped. I think Deb.. , help desk, I’m can’t remember 100% of her name but I’m sure you can back date the details, was great. There was an issue and she solved the problem perfectly.

The cost of using this service is twice as much as the tickets cost.
I found the process easy to book and tickets easy to download and print. After booking through this system I realised I had paid too much for the tickets.High speed trains were very helpful and refunded me the overpayment. I would use them again.
