The item arrived slightly damaged but…
The item arrived slightly damaged but didn’t effect the performance of the item. It was just the foot that had got damaged in transit. I could of sent it back for a replacement but chose not to.

Absolutely brilliant
Straight forward to order, kept informed of delivery. Extremely happy with delivery time!!!. I purchased a “yawn single inflatable bed and it’s superb- very very happy with it!!!. It’s unroll, plug into mains & inflates 3–4 mins and enjoy the comfort- no assembly or tools needed, it’s that simple.
It’s very well made ( I’ve done 55years in the engineering industry)👍👍

The trimmer isnt a lightweight as u make out. I couldn't tightened the safety handle into place. The trimmer it's self didntnlike cutting long grass. Me no likely.
Delivery was fast. But you have to pay for the return if no fault

Faulty lawn barber when received 1st…
Faulty lawn barber when received 1st time order,so high street TV sent me another one in replacement.
And yet after assembly and charging battery up for 3 hours,,,,,
Yes still not working and that was a replacement for a faulty product.
I could understand first time round but not a second time.
So wrote an email with a small video to show the faulty product and now wanting a full refund.
I won't be shopping at high street TV again.

I ordered the lawn barber and when it arrived the Battery would not charge I emailed high street TV and they are sending out a new one and they also gave me a helping hand regarding reg I have not done this yet waiting for the new battery and I don't have to send dud one back they replied to my email fast and took care of the problem straight away given them 5 stars for quick reply
