I have had the Honour 7 lite from new…
I have had the Honour 7 lite from new and today got a security update and a software update to Android 16. For a low price phone still getting updates and having some of the same features as a flagship phone. Some useful ai features like magic erase for photos.
This phone is smooth doesn't run hot.
Came with 512gb internal memory as standard. And a battery better than most flagship phones at the time of release. Will definitely be getting another Honor phone at some point.
Why spend so much on a samsung Galaxy ultra with the same amount of updates as an honor phone. With features most people will never use.
Best value for money phone I have ever bought. No more apple or samsung for me
Products excellent 👍 Offers 🥵

Sad loss both ways Honor?
Honors UK customer response was tough I must have made the error in entering code!!!
Avoid at all costs!
I am writing this to warn others about the appalling warranty "service" provided by Honor UK. I have a faulty watch under warranty, but Honor is currently not fulfilling their legal obligations.
Honor provided a pre-paid Royal Mail "Tracked 24" return bag. I followed the instructions printed directly on the physical bag they provided, which explicitly states: "Return your parcels at any of our... Parcel Postboxes." I used a parcel postbox as instructed by the packaging. Now that the item is delayed/lost in the network, Honor is refusing to help because I don’t have a "Post Office counter receipt." They claim their internal email instructions (which I never received and told them I never received) supersede the actual written instructions on the bag they sent me.
I have provided photographic proof of the package, yet they continue to hide behind a "receipt" requirement that their own packaging rendered unnecessary. They are failing their duty of care under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
If you value your consumer rights, stay away from Honor!

Don't buy with Honor
Don't buy with Honor, their customer service is god awful. Always buy with a third party as these guys love to say 'policy says no' to everything.
6 working days to send and receive broken/fixed phone
Repair summary - it was quick, only 6 working days.
I bought Honor V5 Magic at a very very good deal and was worried about repair service but that concern has now gone.
After experiencing a good repair, I recently bought Honor MagicPad2 at a discount and I am a very happy customer.
Only concern, email support could be better, as staff need to read (or watch) what troubleshooting steps have been done already - I was asked a few times, to repeat the same thing already carried out in previous emails.
See main post of problem on reddit under Honor with title of 'Honor Magic V5 3x Camera gimbal/stabilizer broken?'.
Incompatibility of Honor Devices with Microsoft Company Portal / Outlook
Subject: Formal Complaint – Incompatibility of Honor Devices with Microsoft Company Portal / Outlook
I recently purchased multiple devices from Honor:
Honor Magic V3 – Order #85050043027
Honor Pad 9 – Order #85070063212
Honor Pad 9 – Order #85070048653
Honor Magic 6 Lite – Order #85170081712
Honor Pad V9 – Order #203-9443284-9689905 (Amazon)
Unfortunately, my experience with these devices has been extremely disappointing.
My primary concern is that these devices are not compatible with Microsoft enterprise services, particularly Microsoft Outlook when used alongside Microsoft Intune Company Portal. This makes them unsuitable for professional use.
After extensive research, I discovered that several of these devices (including the Magic V3, Pad 9, and Pad V9) are not listed as Android Enterprise Recommended devices, which is a key requirement for secure corporate environments. Devices lacking this certification may face limited compatibility with enterprise features and device management policies.
Additionally, I found multiple reports from other users experiencing the same issue. For example, users report that Outlook may initially work but then stops syncing and displays “sign-in failed”, with IT departments confirming device-level incompatibility or lack of support.
There are also repeated complaints that Microsoft apps such as Outlook, Teams, and Edge either:
fail to sign in,
repeatedly sign users out, or
stop syncing after a short period.
These are not isolated incidents but appear to be a widespread compatibility problem affecting Honor devices, particularly in enterprise-managed environments.
To make matters worse, when I contacted customer support, the agent was unhelpful and dismissive, ultimately redirecting me to Microsoft rather than taking responsibility for a clear product limitation.
Summary of Issues:
Lack of Android Enterprise certification for key devices
Incompatibility with Microsoft Company Portal and Outlook
Persistent login and syncing failures
Widespread reports of similar issues from other users
Poor and unprofessional customer support experience

Disappointing Warranty Service – Device Damaged in Transit or at Repair Center
I recently sent my son’s tablet to Honor for a warranty repair regarding a screen flickering issue. To my surprise, the repair center claimed there was "visible damage" to the device, subsequently categorizing the repair as out-of-warranty.
The tablet was in excellent physical condition when it was packaged and shipped. It appears the damage occurred either during transit or while in the possession of the repair facility. I have officially raised a formal complaint with Honor to contest this decision. Until this is rectified, I cannot recommend their after-sales support.
Worst experience ever with the customer…
Worst experience ever with the customer service. I bought a pair of headphones on the honor website that after about 6 months stopped working. I contacted than the cuatomer service and I have explained the situation. They offer me to return them because still under warranty. After more than 1 month i still do not have any update, they keep telling me unhelpful information. So no headphones no money back. I will just report to the bank at this point.
Great phones
Great phones. Their customer service team respond quick . Overall very few complaints.
Abysmal customer support for great phones
They make great phones but their operating system is very deeply flawed they do not listen to customers and over multiple years have failed implement improvements. Don't waste your money.
Bought new 400 pro model
Bought new 400 pro model. After 2 hrs surfing youtube. Speaker sound started bursting. Raised complained the took 10 days from send to repair.
When we received the parcel back from repair it was no repaired. Even its was not checked though. They didnt addressed the issue mainly. They returned it back by doing nothing.
This is their creep service. Till now we paid for phone but we dont have chance to use it. We didnt get what we paid for. This is the reality of big buggy brands.
Great value and good service from Honor
Ordered my phone on Sunday, got it delivered on Wednesday by DPD. DPD is great about giving you one hour delivery window. Also, very happy with my Honour 400 Lite phone. Don't understand why so many bad reviews about the company.
I do not recommend buying from this…
I do not recommend buying from this company based on my personal experience.
I purchased a watch directly from them as part of an official order, and when it became faulty, I returned it using their official return process, RMA number, and courier label.
After that, I was informed that the watch was “not genuine.” I strongly disputed this many times, because the product was supplied by them directly and I returned the exact same device.
The case continued for several months of emails, follow-ups, and repeated contact without a fair resolution. The whole process was exhausting and caused significant stress. The way my case was handled was slow, confusing, and very unsatisfactory.
I advise anyone buying from them to keep full documentation, photos, and serial numbers from day one, because my customer service experience during a problem was very poor.
After this experience, I decided not to purchase from them again, and based on what happened to me, I would not recommend others to deal with them
Very Disappointed – No Support or Empathy
I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from Honor.
I returned a parcel and provided all the required documentation to confirm it had been sent back. Unfortunately, the parcel was lost in transit. Despite supplying proof of postage and doing everything correctly on my end, Honor has refused to resolve the issue because they are unable to claim the loss back from DPD.
As a result, I am now without the keyboard that came with the tablet I purchased for my husband, and completely out of pocket. What makes this even more frustrating is the complete lack of empathy or sensitivity shown throughout the process.
To add insult to injury, they refused to offer any meaningful resolution –other than a £50 goodwill voucher towards purchasing a replacement. There was no attempt to make things right or show customer care.
Very poor aftercare service and extremely disappointing customer support. I expected much better.
Was promised gifts on purchase of…
Was promised gifts on purchase of Honour Magic 8 pro, which were purchased from Three UK White rose Leeds on 17 Jan.
My gift claim was done on time, however till date (10/02/2026) there is no update either from Three or Honor or Ingram.
Please be wary.
Terrible Honor Service and DPD shocking as always!
I ordered an Honor 100W charger. DPD say that I refused the delivery and requested it be sent back to Honor. THIS DID NOT HAPPEN! No one attempted to deliver to my address. I'm now told that I have to WAIT until the package reaches Honor's warehouse before I either receive a refund, or they attempt to send it back to me. I have had my Honor phone for a week without being able to charge it! I was made no offer of compensation or discount on another charger, or to send me another package with express delivery.
I'm very disappointed in Honor's service and I'm tempted to return my phone in order to purchase a Samsung or iPhone.
I will not be recommending Honor to anyone.
What a terrible service
We ordered a brand new tablet from the website and it came fast. On day 3 developed a dead pixel which is absolutely abnormal. They asked us to contact their service and we did. They took away the tablet for 3 weeks and then they said they couldn't see or replicate the issue. Dead pixel easily seen on the middle of the screen ! I bet they didn't even check ! Then we contacted honour to return and they said the 15 day period has passed !!! WHAT!!!! The tablet went to service on day 3 and they kept it there for almost a month ! Instead of sending a new tablet immediately they said that we need to contact the service again!! Obviously we won't do this,we don't want this device at all as we don't trust and now we fighting for a full refund !!!
HORRIBLE COMPANY TO DEAL WITH ! NEVER EVER AGAIN HONOR PRODUCT
Order 85150088539
Order 85150088539
Ordered 06/02/26 at 11:11. In line with the clearly stated information stating next day delivery when ordered before 15:30.
Following morning no update. Two unanswered emails to support. Spoke to someone in the chat who told me due to the popularity of the devide it won’t be shipped until 12/02/26 at the earliest.
At no point was this highlighted during the ordering process.
Order cancelled.
Absolute waste of my time and money.
Honor re-activated ascending ringtone volume. And removed the toggle to disable it.
Honor removed important accessibility features through a software update, and support has been completely unhelpful. Every message I sent was met with irrelevant scripted replies, and my formal complaint was ignored. They kept restarting the conversation instead of addressing the accessibility problem they created. Extremely poor customer service and no respect for users who rely on accessibility tools. They succeeded in wearing me down after several emails, I gave up hope of getting the issue resolved.
This is my third Honor device. It will also be my last Honor device because I won't be buying another after this! I have a hearing impairment. I don't hear the phone ringing in time to answer it, because it takes several rings to ascend to the volume I require.
