Excellent product; easy to assemble, sturdy and lightweight. Coco loves it!

The product is quite nice. But my experience with the company has not been a positive one,
My order was thrown over a gate on my drive way, which was lucky it did not hit a car that was behind the gate, it was there overnight in a thunder storm. Once I opened the box to find my order
Of medium bed, medium mesh cover, rubber feet and a medium cosy sleeve. The cosy sleeve was sent out in an xs. I was told I ordered an extra small, when all the other products were Medium
I was then told if I wanted to return it, it would cost me £13.00. This was sorted out and I paid just for the bigger cosy sleeve I then returned the item. Only to be told by email that as soon as I pay the outstanding invoice they would sent the medium cosy sleeve out to me. This resulted in more phone calls to them, more time in sorting things out. I also had a discount code that they did not discount.
So my overall experience with this company has not been a positive one

I didn't realise the sale item would actually arrive dirty and smelling of dogs. Washed it and it is as good as new now

My dogs take usually a long time to get used to other types of beds but this one took only a few hours, they love it and so does the cat !!

Lovely sheepskin fleece. My dog loves it and it looks so much nicer on my sofa than a normal throw or blanket

Wow! Wish I’d discovered HiK9 years ago. My two Slovakian Rough Haired Pointers love their new beds and sweeping the floor under.the beds is a breeze; now I no longer have to move cumbersome memory foam beds from one place to another! The service was excellent: the original Large chrome finish frames were on a 2-3 week delivery so I was offered grey frames at a slightly increased cost but they arrived 2 days later with no postage to pay. Brilliant!

I love these beds and so do my dogs and their friends!! Service is also brilliant and they are well made, I’ve never had a problem yet and my dogs have lay on them for years. We now have 3 so they have them in various rooms.
