The same as Michael's criticism as to what I was to receive. Sucked in by false description of an ornament which appeared to be 3 dimensional but turned out to be a thin piece of plastic with a picture stuck on it. Charged in excess $40 AU. What a serious scam hilipert.

total scam,advert implied elderly lady who had run her own handcrafted business was retiring and all her stock was to be sold before end of January.The items were supposed to be hand crafted by her to a very high standard,what I received were three little flat pieces of plastic which were not even worth 50 pence each,totally avoid at all costs,scammers like this are destroying the internet.as a previous post stated ,even one star is too much for this pond life AVOID

Very misleading advertisement. I ordered hand made and painted cute animals in acorns which could hang as a bauble or "had flat bottom so could sit on desk". Absolute rubbish. I received one dimensional printed picture on plastic.

What a scam! I ordered a lifelike fog and got a cheap dog instead. If I want to return it I have to pay 60 euros for transport costs!

Vest is not what was expected, not worth the price.

I ordered glass mugs as gifts and received cheap plastic mugs instead. I immediately returned the items & asked for a full refund. I haven't heard a peep from them. The mugs I received weren't even CLOSE to what I was promised. The only reason I gave a one star rating was that was the lowest rating available.

I ordered the book lovers coffee mugs x4 as they looked stunning on the web (looked like stained glass mugs) but when I got them I knew something was wrong because the box was so light. Sure enough, crappy plastic coffee mugs that were not even close to the advertisement. I had to order something else for christmas presents.

If there is a negative star to give, I would.

This store, also called Froplay or Gadget Galaxy is totally fraudulent in everything they do.

Advertisement is fraudulent as the Ad grossly misrepresents the products.

The products are seriously overpriced and of terrible quality.

Customer service is extremely bad as they do not even acknowledge your concerns.

In trying to process a return, I ran into return issues for products that should not be sold or bought to start. They wanted me to pay for shipping the item back or an $8 return for items I paid $74 for.

Little wonder they have flooded their website with a bunch of fake reviews and prevented users from posting real reviews.

The owners should simply be jailed for such false advertisement and fraud.

Company is a total scam. I ordered the Seahawks Decanter from them, and it looked nothing like the picture. Never buy from them ever.

Oh my gosh! DO NOT buy from these people as they are totally fraudulent and will not return your purchase without charging you triple what you paid to return to China. I purchased 4 "birds nest ornaments" as pictured in their ad. What I got were 3 small cardboard discs with pictures of animals! Totally fraudulent and not worth the nearly $70 I paid!

0 stars if I could. This is a total scam. I ordered it from a website that used a different name, Thermopro to hide the scam that Hilipert is. Do not order from these folks as you will lose your money

I paid $40 for what I thought was a stainless steel device for grilling vegetables. I received a poor-quality piece of rusted junk. Guess I'll read reviews more carefully from now on.

I gave 1 star because 0 stars weren't an option. They advertise false products. When they do arrive late it isn't what you ordered. All products ship from China so to return an item its $300 back not the $50 they quote you. They only offer you $8 to keep the item and move on. AVOID THIS COMPANY FOR ANY BUSINESS. I PURCHASED THEOUGH A DIFFERENT COMPANY BUT IT ALL ROUTED BACK TO HILIPERT. RUN.

As I've read here in reviews, this site is scam city! I ordered 4 of the cute animal ornaments that were supposed to be 3D, as big as a tennis ball. Nope! FLAT CARDBOARD with the pictures on each side. They showed a video of an older woman making them with love and care. The video made it look legit. I bought four for a total of $70.00. I learned an expensive lesson!

Ordered a froplay zoomer pup on 7th December received item on 2nd Jan it was not the item I ordered it was a battery operated dog , that you can buy cheap from lots of shops, I emailed the company for an address to send it back they said I would have to pay for the shipping, which was nearly the same price I paid for the pup, this company definitely scams people

If I could give 0 stars I would. The ad I responded to was a Facebook ad describing handmade ornaments of animals in acorns, hand crafted by a woman in the US. I paid $60 for 3 of these, I received a one dimensional picture of an animal in an acorn, a piece of plastic. This is nothing but a scam. Sold under the name Sherem Acorn Dreams, through Hilipert. This would be like buying a stuffed animal and receiving a picture of a stuffed animal. No local customer service or phone number. Located in Hong Kong. You can send it back but pay an outrageous amt for shipping.

Nothing comes close to the item described.
Cheap plastic AA type flimsy battery case when USBC charge port was listed as the battery source. Bodies are hard plastic covered with glued fake fur. Contours of head reveal caved in back of head. Fur-like ears are glued down. Mouth is a hollow hole with a piece of pink felt as a tongue.
When complained to company, was offered $8.00 refund total. My purchase was over $85.00 for 4.
Also, came in plastic burlap-like bags.
I certainly hope the BBB and any other consumer group will step in and shut these scammers down.
I am a retired granny with fixed income. I can't afford to waste money like this. These were intended to be Christmas gifts for 4 grandchildren.
