Super service, Alan who I dealt was super efficient with updates. …
The process from measuring appointment to fitting the curtains was very efficient.
When I pointed out a slight dissatisfaction Alan had it sorted in quick time. Hillary’s additionally offed a gesture of good will as a result. Alan kept me up to date with arrival time to fit etc.
I love the blackout curtains and voiles.

Great service and product
There was a delay with the blinds due to a manufacturing fault. Alan (the installer) kept me fully informed about the delay and when the blinds arrived he installed them the following day. The Blinds are perfect and look great. I would definitely recommend to others.

The customer service and the installation were both great but the two guys who came to the house on separate occasions (Alan and James) were both extremely helpful and genuinely invested in making sure we got what we wanted and what we needed.
