Prompt time of arrival for consultation. Very helpful with the selection of the blinds. Took all the measurements quickly and correctly. Arrived to fit on day they said with text to give hour's notice as requested. Very friendly and efficient fitters.

Blinds position not where we discussed, was not told that cords would be bracketed to wall, only looked at them properly after installer left. Not please that blinds screwed into new window trims.

Waited for blinds
Waited for blinds. When they came, wrong brackets So still waiting for fitting. Not fault of Mark who is fitting them. I will be seeking a partial refund.
