Can’t rate highly enough. Gold standard customer service
This is my second experience with Hills and I can only say that if all companies were as good as Hills, the world would be more full of happier people. I fed my last dog on Hills for many years but my German Shepherd has a problem and could not tolerate not one but two of Hills food (nor presently any other) so I got on the phone to a George who organised a refund. First
a 0800 number instead of some other pet foods phone no which is premium rate, 0800 is customer friendly and very civilised. And George... so polite and quick to answer. Can’t rate highly enough.

Great service from a local business
Ordered a 15kg bag of dog food mid morning and it was delivered free of charge later the same day and at a decent price as well.

Superb service
Superb service, I had placed my order for collection but as I am very local Hill Pet Shop offered to deliver it which meant we got our order quicker. Will definitely use again, a fantastic family run business.

Great shop!
Great shop and lovely staff. Handy parking at the rear. Only dropped one star on this occasion due to the fact I ordered online and the confirmation of purchase said I’d get an email when the item was ready to collect? No email and so I rang the store. Not a massive problem in reality and the item was ready for collection, but I could have had it sooner had the email arrived to let me know.
