I have sent Hilton Macarons to friends and family and know they are always good quality, great flavours.
The delivery service is reliable.

You sent me an email saying last chance to order for Christmas so I ordered. And they didn’t arrive in time. In addition you then said that the last next day posting is 17th. But the item only has a 7 day shelf life. Why would I want 12 macaroons to arrive in time to give someone on the 25th dec. That had to be eaten by the end of the day? That’s ridiculous.

I ordered them next day delivery on the 19th so he had at least a couple of days left of the 7 days shelf life in which to eat them. If they arrived on the 19th/20th.

This is unacceptable and you need to find a better way of handling your shelf life of 7 days

Amazing product as always...never disappoints, and a great prompt service even during the busy festive season, delivery tracking was important too and Royal Mail didnt miss a beat...Thankyou!!!

Macarons sent a week ago and still not received!!

Totally scrumptious!
These are wonderful macarons... Only trouble is that we eat far too many!!

Delivery and packaging was good as were the flavours but, having followed the refrigeration instructions the macarons lost, I think, the crunch.

Not only are the team lovely but the macarons are the best I’ve EVER tasted! I got a box of 6 and the chocolate and mince pie were my favourites with lemon not far behind! You can tell they’re made with love! Highly recommend and can’t wait to get more!

I ordered these as a gift. I had ordered the macaroons from other companies but the person who I bought these for said they were exceptional. Highly recommended.
